For a budget place, this is a good choice. I feel like some people rate it expecting it to be the Holiday Inn (same location, ironically) when it's clearly a budget option. The rooms are really big, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. There's ample storage space, complimentary coffee until 10am and the staff are helpful when needed, but not in an obtrusive way. The pool is perfect for a dip after a busy day.

If you find the location noisy, we'll you didn't do your research! It's Ao Nang. It's a lively place. Bring earplugs.

Perfect location, room with a balcony, nice service; Lady who serves breakfast is completly exceptional and nice, the kindest person we met in Thailand; I wish her sll the best and hope to see again;) she served my partner extra portions, and showed us few tricks with Thai fruits;) she is really warm, adorable and lovable person, and if I would come back to this hotel, she would be a main reason of that!;)

No lift, poor breakfast choice, room was not clean enought (we found some personal things under our bed, which did not below to us), high level of humidity; if you want to pay by credit card, ther is an additional +3%charge

Everything OK with the hotel, decent pool, good location and price

What I didn't like was that in the description it stated free parking which led me to believe that the hotel had parking, which is not the case. The parking they describe, is street parking, which I know from previous visits to Ao Nang, is virtually impossible.

Every night we had free concert of retrohits. Concert was performed in opposite Jamaican design nightbar. Sadly concert ended every night 30 minutes past midnight. Pool was excellent. Breakfast was satisfying. Booked driver with van was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.

Rooms were not properly cleaned before our arrival. Their proper cleaning demanded several remarks to cleaner. After that cleaning quality rose to good level.

The room looks very nice- its spacious, clean and with a nice touch of artwork on the walls. There was enough space for the clothes. Its located on the street with many restaurants and shops, in the walking distance from the Ao nang beach.

The mattress was too hard for us and as almost everywhere in Thailand, you can hear the noise from the street (there is a bar with live music closeby)

It was in a perfect location just what we needed for a 1 night layover before travelling on to the islands, i would have liked to stay one more night just to chill and use the lovely pool area but not a hotel for a full on vacation

Nothing, the property served its purpose it was clean, friendly and comfortable, in the middle of everything loads to see and do and perfect for a couple of nights, exactly what we needed it to be 😊

room was clean, we were close to bars, restaurants and the beach no more than a 5 minute walk to any night market was about 20-25 minute walk and was very good. pool was really nice, perfect if you want shade just after midday like we did as it was roasting

our main gripe was that we just didn’t like ao nang, definitely a Magaluf type place, pillows also weren’t the best

the room is really spacious and the sink is outside of the bathroom (which can be an advantage if you travel in a group). it only takes ten minutes to walk to the beach and you can reach the night market by foot (around 20 minutes).

Big spacious room that was cleaned every day. shower is the best shower we’ve had in 10 weeks travelling SE Asia (power and temperature/ non-wet room). Balcony to chill out on. Air con is actually slightly too powerful. staff really friendly. Location is very good- about 10 minutes from beach, 2 mins from bars and restaurants but doesn’t have any late night bars or anything immediately next to it to keep you awake (may still hear traffic a bit if at front of hotel). we extended our stay from 2 to 6 nights.

Internet is slightly annoying having to sign in every time you come back to hotel, but the internet itself is good once on it.
