Lovely view from the pool great location walkable to everything. Try and get a sea view deluxe room in the panorama building

Lots of stairs and lifts as it’s on a hill side, you get used to it but not great if you forget something in your room with kids old people or a wheelchair I imagine

Loved the central location of this accommodation & Ao Nang Krabi. The infinity pool is fantastic as are the views from the upper 5th levels. We stayed on the 8th floor & that view to wake up to each morning was just beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic! The staff are all friendly and helpful. All the shops are at the door and the beach is a easy 5min walk. Will book again when heading back to Ao Nang.

Guest leaving there towels on sun lounges 1st thing in the morning so other guest cant use. If you have lower leg mobility issues this accommodation will be a challenge. There are lifts for all levels but mechanical issues do arise which would make getting about the property extremely difficult.

The rooms are very good and clean, staff are super helpful and friendly. The top pool area is lovely and has quite a few trees so you can grab shade the entire day if you wish.

The rooftop bar was a little disappointing to say the least, we were expecting to be much better with this class of resort and Avani chain. More furniture, trees table and chairs definitely needed (that's just the basics).

The staff were very kind and helpful and were quick to remedy a problem we had initially with our room. The breakfast selection was very good, and the restaurant had beautiful views. The view from the rooftop bar was great. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The spa treatments were very professional and relaxing. Good choices for swimming pools on different levels.

Even though we stayed six days, we were given a room on a low floor above the parking lot with a very limited view. It is a small issue, but were no plant-milk options for coffee or plant-based yogurt options at breakfast. The gym was very crowded with people and machines, and the cardio machines were only halfway placed on the mat, so they were off balance and not comfortable to use.

Everything! The staff are warm and welcoming with an attitude across the board that was orientated to optimizing a positive client experience. The care was sincere and genuinely considerate. The bedrooms are spacious and had a an additional sheltered, private bath on the balcony. The breakfast offered a wide variety of cuisine and continued until 1030, allowing a sleep - in without missing this daily treat. The pools were well located , with the infinity pool providing breathtaking views of the Ao Nang and the bay. The gym was well equipped and available 24/7.

This was a truly perfect stay. I will consider using the Avani facilities in all international travel going forward

Great location, friendly customer service and lovely monitor lizards walking around. Great place to stay if you into wild life on your doorstep:)

This accommodation is exceptionally good. From the service at the start from reception, excellent customer service, the bar staff-fabulous., the breakfast staff really attentive, especially Milk. The food at the bar, satay chicken, spring rolls, the assorted cocktails, and very kind staff. The food at breakfast, so much to choose from. All delicious. The room itself, a welcome note on the bed and the mirror. Beds comfortable, the bathroom very spacious, the quietness of the room is restful. Bath outside on the balcony y, a nice surprise. Air conditioning worked really well. The pools have a scenic view of the Krabi islands and cliffs. The infinity pool was so relaxing. The hotel is within the main shopping strip, and a short walk to the beach.

I liked everything. I highly recommend staying here.

The location is bang on, 5 mins walk to Ao Nang beach Next door Mc Donalds, 7eleven for daily needs, Bangkok Bank for money exchange/ATM On the touristy road to Ao Nang beach, lots of restaurants and night life - very lively Breakfast spread was good and had vegetarian dishes too 2 Swimming pools - one near reception and other on 6th floor We took the sea view room - great view :-) Also we had mentioned it is my birthday, the staff was sweet to put birthday decorations on the bed at arrival, gave us complimentary mango-sticky rice

The property is 10 years old and in need of repair, rooms are small and lived in The AC remote wasn't present in room, the staff provided to us next day. The service was slow probably due to the footfall, so check-in took long and at checkout the luggage guy dint turn up to collect bags The bathroom door was weird to me - it had wind slots so all bathroom noise comes outside and all outside noise goes in.. I spoke to the receptionist about it and they said it's traditional Thai door. The shower wasn't clean so we got that repaired.

This is the third time I've been here in as many years so that should be a good enough indication of my satisfaction. I have stayed in the same room all the time with the view being especially good overlooking part of the cliff and the sea. Location is excellent with a 7eleven and Watsons just downstairs and the hustle and bustle of Aonang just a short 5 minute walk away. Breakfast is especially notable for the choices although this time there were not as many local choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful and.we have been here thrice hence we do remember some of them. The pool is exceptional as well with a brilliant view. Cleanliness is good and I have never found cause for complaint and indeed a slightly wonky shower head which I complained about in my last visit was rectified this time. Very good indeed.

Nothing to specially note although prices have gone up significantly since my first visit possibly due to timing over Christmas.
