Loved the central location of this accommodation & Ao Nang Krabi. The infinity pool is fantastic as are the views from the upper 5th levels. We stayed on the 8th floor & that view to wake up to each morning was just beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic! The staff are all friendly and helpful. All the shops are at the door and the beach is a easy 5min walk. Will book again when heading back to Ao Nang.

Guest leaving there towels on sun lounges 1st thing in the morning so other guest cant use. If you have lower leg mobility issues this accommodation will be a challenge. There are lifts for all levels but mechanical issues do arise which would make getting about the property extremely difficult.

Lots of stairs and lifts as it’s on a hill side, you get used to it but not great if you forget something in your room with kids old people or a wheelchair I imagine

The rooms are very good and clean, staff are super helpful and friendly. The top pool area is lovely and has quite a few trees so you can grab shade the entire day if you wish.

The rooftop bar was a little disappointing to say the least, we were expecting to be much better with this class of resort and Avani chain. More furniture, trees table and chairs definitely needed (that's just the basics).

The staff were helpful and friendly especially Ak. The location was ideal as we had a room by the top infinity pool so far enough away from the Main Street. Breakfast was great and the ppl at the top was amazing especially the view. House cleaning was well done and now we understand the use for the bath on the balcony (washing your smalls) it wax all in all a great place for 6 days

The bed was a bit hard. We could get the aircon to change from 20 ( nor a complaint if your British) and they did close the Cliff pool from 3 till 7 on the Friday for a function. It was fine as there are 2 pools but not great.

Everything was incredible! We booked a premium (or maybe superior - whatever the best one was) sea view king room that was on the 8th floor - the highest point in the hotel. We took so many videos of the room and view. The bed was SO comfy and they sent us extra pillows on request. They provide unlimited water bottles which we loved and they even gave us a breakfast to-do basket because we were leaving to the airport before breakfast started. The room itself was huge, had tons of storage space, drawers, a wardroad, robes, slippers etc. It was also very very very clean. There was a pool on the balcony and a rain shower with a seperate handheld shower head and a bench. The staff delivered our bags to our rooms, took them down when we were leaving and even delivered Grab delivery meals to our room for us. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, from the breakfast staff, restaurant staff, front desk, house keeping, bell boys etc. Breakfast buffet was out of this world - they had stations where you could have fresh noodles and omlets cooked, fresh fruit, fresh juices, an expresso bar... SO much to choose from and everything was great. Great location a 5 minute walk to the boat ferry "office" and pick up point. We also enjoyed the spa twice and I got one of the best massages that I have ever had there. Such an incredible experience and stay. The pictures don't do it justice. Infinity pool was gorgeous. Highly recommend getting a sea view! The top floor above us (9th) is actually a bar that is only open certain hours but we went up there when it was closed. By looking around and walking around it seems like the room we got was the highest view room in Ao Nong of the beaches and mountains. We got beach and mountain views! The room was also mostly quiet - one Saturday night we could hear some competing loud music from other places until 10:30 p.m. but other than that super quiet the rest of the time.

They do have laundry service but it was a bit expensive. We used it for a few things and it was great, but my husband brought the bulk of our clothes to a place a few minutes away. Nothing else though, this was an incredible memorable stay!

Great location on the main road kf. Ao Nang close to all the restaurants and shops and nightlife. Gorgeous infinity pool views. Room was spacious.

Pretty expensive for what you get in my opinion. Also the accessibility is annoying with a stroller - the ramps angles are too sharp so you cant really use them with a stroller. Also you need to take differebt elevators to each section and there's only one so you spend quite some time waiting. Also the breakfast quality could be improved.

The staff were very kind and helpful and were quick to remedy a problem we had initially with our room. The breakfast selection was very good, and the restaurant had beautiful views. The view from the rooftop bar was great. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The spa treatments were very professional and relaxing. Good choices for swimming pools on different levels.

Even though we stayed six days, we were given a room on a low floor above the parking lot with a very limited view. It is a small issue, but were no plant-milk options for coffee or plant-based yogurt options at breakfast. The gym was very crowded with people and machines, and the cardio machines were only halfway placed on the mat, so they were off balance and not comfortable to use.

Everything! The staff are warm and welcoming with an attitude across the board that was orientated to optimizing a positive client experience. The care was sincere and genuinely considerate. The bedrooms are spacious and had a an additional sheltered, private bath on the balcony. The breakfast offered a wide variety of cuisine and continued until 1030, allowing a sleep - in without missing this daily treat. The pools were well located , with the infinity pool providing breathtaking views of the Ao Nang and the bay. The gym was well equipped and available 24/7.

This was a truly perfect stay. I will consider using the Avani facilities in all international travel going forward

This accommodation is exceptionally good. From the service at the start from reception, excellent customer service, the bar staff-fabulous., the breakfast staff really attentive, especially Milk. The food at the bar, satay chicken, spring rolls, the assorted cocktails, and very kind staff. The food at breakfast, so much to choose from. All delicious. The room itself, a welcome note on the bed and the mirror. Beds comfortable, the bathroom very spacious, the quietness of the room is restful. Bath outside on the balcony y, a nice surprise. Air conditioning worked really well. The pools have a scenic view of the Krabi islands and cliffs. The infinity pool was so relaxing. The hotel is within the main shopping strip, and a short walk to the beach.

I liked everything. I highly recommend staying here.
