This hotel is exceptional! The room was spacious and beautifully designed. Our terrace overlooked the pool area, and the bed was large, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, and I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. We also tried the spa, which was incredibly relaxing. The therapists were kind, and we had a wonderful massage that made for a very relaxing evening. I especially loved the rooftop pool—it was amazing! It overlooks the beach, making it the perfect place to unwind and swim. The staff were kind and very helpful. The concierge, Bus, was particularly exceptional—so helpful, kind, and funny! He assisted us during check-out and helped load our bags into the taxi. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Perhaps the breakfast buffet could have more variety and options added each day.

Nice clean hotel, in the heart of Krabi. Access to hotel is easy. 5 minutes walk to Ao nang beach. Rooms are nice and clean. We had room with cliff and sea view and it was super amazing. Rooftop pool is also wonderful and quite relaxing. Breakfast was also great and tasty. Staff is kind and polite. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

Shower liquid was extremely low quality with bad smell and mixed with water. Honestly, I could not understand why a Hotel of such high standard would do that.

My family and I recently spent four delightful days at Panan Krabi Hotel, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Traveling for leisure, the hotel’s strategic location near Ao Nang Beach within walking distance and close proximity to various facilities like restaurants and shops made our stay incredibly convenient. The highlight for us was the expansive and stunning swimming pool – a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our rooms were a true delight, impeccably clean, well-decorated, spacious, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the lush green cliffs, sparkling sea, and the inviting swimming pool.

While our stay at Panan Krabi Hotel was overwhelmingly positive, I’d like to offer a suggestion for improvement. As a Muslim traveler, I found the variety of halal food options somewhat limited. Adding more halal choices to the menu would not only enhance the dining experience for guests with dietary preferences but also allow them to explore and enjoy a broader range of culinary delights.

The room. We had booked a deluxe Sea view room. The view was fabulous. The bed was large enough to accommodate my toddler and us and it was super comfy. The balcony looked over the pool below, the cliff on the foreground and of course the ocean in the distance. The breakfast was good, but the choices can be increased to a little. Don't visit the Indian section, it's not good, the rest was okay. The location was also good with Starbucks, McDonald's and a 7 11 right across the street. The experience has been worth savouring.

The two male staffs at the front desk. I asked for a late check out with a fee and I also told that I won't mind if they shifted me to another room for half a day, against payment of a full day. But the two staffs, the male staffs, both individually told me that they were fully booked and that we must check out at 12.00 O'clock. I checked in the website and I found that rooms were available. I again went down and this time a lady on the front desk helped me by ensuring late check out from the same room, where I had been staying at a nominal fee. So barring that, it was good. Also I found the pool not quite up to the mark and they can definitely work on reshaping the same.

The breakfast spread was awesome with an amazing variety. There is enough for all types of palates and tastes. 5 star for it. The restaurant's staff manning for breakfast was also very good and extremely efficient, constantly topping up the food at various counters. Rooms are clean and good. Housekeeping is good. Their App, through which u can avail yourself of all services, is quite neat and innovative.

"Resort" is a misnomer. Not much to see and walk around and to enjoy. It is more like a "Hotel". The architecture, aesthetics and general ambience was just about ok, nothing to write about. Irrespective of rooms, Views are limited - either pool side or mountain rock. Pool is also just ok. Booking Packages from the hotel to various islands and outings are more expensive and u can get better deals outside in the market.

The location is ideal and lots of taxi’s / Tuk Tuk’s available outside the property and only 30 mins to The airport. Lots of great food choices near the hotel too.

The rooms could have been cleaner and or in need of a refresh. Shower pressure not great on 7th floor.

A clean room with a comfortable (firm) bed. Very clean. 3 bottles of water provided each day. Loved the shower, good water pressure and very hot. Excellent swimming pool and the pool towels were of a great quality. I enjoyed the amount of shade by the pool. Lifts and ramps made dealing with my heavy suitcase easy. Breakfast was fantastic - strong pastry selection. Quiet on most night despite being in a busy part of town. (A good location.) A little noise on one night. (But there was construction during the day next door.)

This isn’t a criticism of the hotel, but it’s definitely a family vibe so crying/loud children were a constant thing. I believe they have an adults only hotel too, which I will check out next time.

I loved my private pool and the whole room was very comfortable very little insects and the service is impeccable ! I would definitely stay here my entire stay next time I come lots to do and everyone is in good spirits willing to help with anything that makes you comfortable thank you for making me feel safe and attended during my solo stay 🫶🏽 egg Benedict is amazing by the way

We stayed for a few nights at this resort and we had a great time. I can't fault anything with this resort. The hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious with a big comfortable bed and I can't put into words how beautiful the view was from our room. The hotel was perfectly located and it took no more than a few minutes to walk to the beach staff friendly and helpful, food was delicious and the pool was amazing. it's a great place to relax with a few cold drinks and admire the view. I recommend this hotel to everyone

The hotel is efficient and responds to requests/room service quickly. The location is excellent just a short walk to shops/restaurants and beach.

The private pools were quite cold as the sun barely reaches them in the day.
