Clean, bright and open.. Location was great, about 7-10 min walk to Ao Nang Beach, soooo many shops and restaurants once you get on the main road. The hotel also has a beer garden in the parking lot with live music which was great. There’s a mini grocery store just the other way from the beach as well. Right on the main road but still had a quiet night sleep. Room was comfortable, fitness room was basic but had free weights and cardio machines - all you need for a quick workout. Pool is huge and clean, a lot of lounge chairs and a swim up bar. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of choices and omelettes, eggs cooked to serve. Must try their chicken noodle soup for breakfast too! It just gets a little busy with other guests.

Eveything in the room worked. The bed was really soft and comfortable. It had a large screen TV and a long desk with a padded stool and an easy chair. The shower was very nice with a choice of rain showerhead or conventional showerhead. There was a bathtub, but I didn't use it. Water, teabags, and instant coffee was provided and I just asked the housekeeper for replacement bottles because I didn't need my whole room cleaned. I had a room on the 5th floor with balcony that overlooked the swimming pool, which was noisy, but with the sliding glass doors closed the room was always quiet.

This is not an "adult" hotel as advertised. Kids seemed to dominate the pool in the evenings; I mean young ones that needed floatation aids and even a couple times toddlers in diapers. For this reason I never used the pool.

Location was great - just 6-7 mins w as ok from beach. Plenty of restaurants & 7/11 close by! Plus tour desks in the doorstep ready to book whatever trip you would like.

The hotel is good, all in all. The breakfast room is very nice, and there is a good selection of food. People working at the hotel is nice. Pool is large and fine. Good design and modern style.

In the room there was only one chair for relax (we were two) and this chair had so small legs that it tipped over, and two times I found myself on the floor. Dangerous chair for elderly people, and there are many in the lobby. The hotel is strict when it comes to such things as breaking a drinking glass. Had to pay 100 bath after a gust of wind took the curtain and tipped a glass. I mean that such things you have to expect in a room.

Liked the staff, facilities and location. Great pool and relaxing sundeck with pool bar. I was checking out of my room and staff noticed I left my earbuds in room and brought them to me. Thank you!

Cleaning staff needs a checklist to complete their room cleaning. Stayed 7 nights and the room was never swept or mopped. Only requested sheet change twice over 7 nights to make it easier on staff. Cleaning staff rarely left more than one roll of toilet paper or never refilled tissues. Towel changes were always different and we were usually shorted. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels seem pretty easy to replace. Only once out of 7 days was it correct. One day, we had no towels! It was disruptive to our holiday when we have to track down someone nearly every day for towels and toilet paper.

Staff were really nice. A special thanks to hotel staff Phum. This young man is very polite, ever ready to help and goes above and beyond to solve any issues or help the guest may need. I was staying in a room that had a low vibration noise from the walls and upon calling reception, Phum immediately came up to help me. The very next morning he helped me to change rooms . He also helped me with the internet and whatever else I needed for my departure ie: transport and so on. The other staff also helped with organizing one day trips and shuttle buses to their Smart beach branch for swimming. All in all a lovely stay. Breakfast was nice and clean. Variety of fruits might be nice. Thank you.

Great location close to the night life - although not particularly noisy got to say. Staff were amazingly helpful and courteous at all times, I booked breakfast so really looked forward to that - lovely buffet with lots of fruit and vegetables

Getting a wee bit tired now I think, the rooms need some modernisation the bathrooms and beds need renewed - however saying that it was still comfortable and as clean as possible when things suffer from wear & tear over the years. The gym was poorly kitted out with ancient and worn dumbbells - but fine if you just want to do a quick 30 mins

Decent stay for what we needed, we felt very comfortable in this hotel. Location is fab right near 7/11 and McDonald’s. Furnishings are tired as stated in previous reviews but we didn’t mind too much I think our room might have been marginally better - you can see the housekeeping is very basic the headboard stains threw me initially but we didn’t need our room cleaning too much so kept towels and sheets the same and we’ve stayed in worse. However for the money of this hotel you would expect a certain level of cleanliness and facilities - they just need to pop a hand steamer on the headboard jobs a good’en. Hot water for us was instant and it was a really good shower so I think being on a lower floor means better and quicker hot water looking at the other reviews.

WiFi was deeply irritating - two options popped up 5G was the only one you could actually feasibly use and it didn’t always stay on constantly re logging in to it if it appeared, for a decent hotel the WiFi was a huge let down especially as we were on the first floor you’d expect a stronger signal.

Hotel needs more attention in details as painting aisles and walls, cleaning terraces (I had pool acces room and deck chairs and aluminium windows were dirty), bathroom taps were not working well.... Gim is extremly basic, if announce you have a gym , is not enough with 5 pieces of weight, just spend 1000 $ and bring a little multi power..... For breakfast , you could have not only cow milk, for exemple soy or coconut milk. Hotel have a big potential, but.....

Great location, lovely huge pool, rooms are spacious. This property also lets you borrow beach and pool towels, as well as umbrellas.

If we’re being picky the bathroom shower could have done with some mold and mildew removing. It was clean, but shower head and seals needed a good scrub. The bar at the front also on occasions decided to change their mind with drinks offers during happy hour, it’s advertised at buy 1 get 1 free which we did for 2 nights, but on the third night they decided to change it to buy 2 get 1 free with us, which didn’t match any of the advertised posters. So just double check before ordering.
