Stayed in a Seaview/Mountain View King Room. Great views of the cliffs and sea. Excellent room overall. Location perfect, close to the main road and beach. Staff very friendly.

Many have complained about the hill/slope that you have to walk up to stay in this room. It was not an issue for us even with a stroller/pram. For the elderly and disabled there is also a shuttle car that can transport you up and down upon request.

The room is very new and clean, beds are super comfortable, makes me want to go back to hotel earlier to rest. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable, provided sound advice to my queries.

As our rooms are at the back of the resort, we need to climb a few steps everyday to get to our rooms without any shelter. Perhaps can consider building a sheltered walkway.

Location is just 5 mins walk to the beach, everything was exceptional and asthetically beautiful! Resort staffs were really friendly and helpful. Eventhough getting to yr room on the upper areas requires a lot of gg up steps, they provide buggy ride up to ease yr way up. I even booked activities and longboat ride via the lobby(Plus point if you're good at negotiating a deal). Overall, my wife and 2 kids(3 yr old, 1 yr old) enjoyed the stay here.

My family and I had a nice and comfortable 1 week stay at this hotel. The room was amazing - large, equipped with everything we needed, clean and with a nice view of the mountains. The location of the hotel is good - 5 minutes from the beach but also within walking distance of the Ao Nang Mosque area - where you can find nicer restaurants. The pool was nice - a good size and with a good amount of nature around. As for downsides - the hotel is located by the main street of Ao Nang, which is quite a busy and noisy street. Still, the noise did not reach our room - which was located in a building behind the pool area. The breakfast was very good, but the breakfast area sometimes felt a bit small for the number of guests.

Good clean room. Great bar Rakhang with happy hours. Decent pool and gym. Very helpful staff at the front desk.

Longish walk to the road from our room. Of course the buggy was very prompt. But i would have preferred being closer to the lobby. Also they had complimentary late check out till 2 pm. But had to pay half day tariff as we had to check out at 5 pm due to a late flight. I felt that could have been waived. Or since we had 2 rooms the hotel could have charged only for the one room. Its the little things.........

The breakfast was great, lots of variety, in terms of freshly made food. The location was great. Only a 10 minute walk to ao nang Beach, straight shot. Plenty of little shops, restaurants, and bars around the hotel, all within short walking distance. Family friendly hotel. The hotel rooms were very clean, modern, and well maintained. The restaurant on site was great, lots of freshly made food. The front desk is open 24/7. Balcony room with mountain view was very nice. Room had a good safety deposit box to store valuables.

Noisy music from nearby bars makes it loud at night in the hotel. They only give you 1 hotel room key card and charge you 300 baht for a second one. The elevator to the 3rd floor was broken the entire 4 days of our day and we had to either use stairs, walk up a steep hill with poor lighting, or get a ride to our room area. The laundry expenses to have laundry done was too expensive, it was 72 USD for a small bag of clothes. Laundry was also not delivered on time. The king bed was actually two full mattresses pushed together.

Really loved Holiday Inn Ao Nang. The room was really cozy and clean. We got fresh set of towels and water daily. The beds were extra wide so we could fit family of four into one twin room. Breakfast was good also with decebt coffee and a la carte eggs. The pool area was very nice and away from the loud busy street. The staff was especially nice and friendly. Kids had stuff to do and overall really good experience.

Well, overall it's 8 of 10 just due to a few reasons: - stairs were all around the hotel making it barely possible to move with a stroll, when the lift was broken - wet floor washing or vacuum cleaning was 0 times out of 21 days - have seen dead cockroaches several times around the premises, but staff don't take them away fast enough - unlimited free of charge breakfast coffee is so-so - I was almost accidentally overcharged extra $1000 by the reception due to the mistake in the system, but noticed that and the amount was deducted into less

Awesome hotel with a really great value. Good central location, comfortable bed. Sizable room with a nice bathroom. Almost everything is very modern and usable. Very welcoming and friendly staff. We were able to do a late checkout at 1.pm for no extra cost. Nice pool area with a bar. Would come again.

We tried the Ceasar salad and club sandwich at the resturant, it was passable but nothing to write home about. The bar is quite expensive, but there is a 7-eleven across the street so you might as well just buy some drinks there for the room. There's also multiple bars and high quality resturants in the area. No ashtray for the balcony.. Smart tv is limited, no streaming services. Just sattilite tv. Minimal complaints, i give this hotel 9/10
