The location was fantastic, there was a great massage place opposite and a lot of food selection. It's a short walk to at night to see for performance at the beach. Bed comfort is definitely not the best at this value (not hotel standard); albeit clean. But I had a good rest after a very tiring trip with Island hop-pings. My 2 year old consider this his second home. The staff are knowledgeable and was able to get us great prices for tours and even a private taxi to phuket.

Basic hotel but the location is perfect, the staff is super friendly and booking trips through them will be a little but cheaper. Daily toilet paper and water bottles provided and clean towels are always available.

Due to the location in the center there was a lot of noice in the evening/night. They provided daily water en toilet paper but to clean the room you needed to request it.

Fantastic hotel, located 2 minutes walk from Ao Nang beach. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the room has a very nice and clean bathroom. The staff were very communicative and nice, super friendly, and were always attentive and asked if I needed any help with anything. I really felt at home :) I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Ao Nang.

Rooms were spacious and clean , just a short walk from the beach . Staff was very polite and helpful . The rate presents very good value for what you are getting.

I couldn't figure out how to connect to the wifi , but then I didn't ask anyone to help me. I'm sure it works just fine.

I stayed one week and because of the room, the location and the price I extended one more week. The staff was very friendly, responsive and supportive, the room was spacey (I think I had the best room (301) in the hotel with balcony, 2 huge windows, city view, I even could see the sea and locations was great, everything easy reachable by foot.

There is a hostel opposite the hotel and they had very loud music every night from around 9:30pm to 12:30am, the bass was (sometimes, not always) so hammering that the glass in the windows vibrated. But I got used to it and could sleep after some days.

Our stay at J Hotel in Ao Nang was absolutely fantastic! The staff there is super friendly, always greeting us with a warm smile and ensuring we had everything we needed. Plus, you won't believe how close the beach is – just a quick 3-minute walk away. If you're up for a little adventure, you can hop on a long-tail boat and easily reach Railey Beach. Our room was well-equipped, and even though we opted for one with just a fan, you can upgrade to AC for a bit extra. Surprisingly, we managed to stay cool by leaving the window open at night. It's worth mentioning that the hotel is right by a bustling touristy road, so there's some noise at night and you might find slightly higher prices at the nearby restaurants. But honestly, we got used to it in no time, and the street noise didn't bother us at all. All in all, our stay was incredible, and we'd highly recommend J Hotel to anyone visiting Ao Nang. They truly made us feel at home! 😊🏖️

Excellent value for money. Fantastic location for exploring Ao Nang and Krabi area. Friendly staff. Very clean. The rooftop balcony views were amazing! Good air con and fridge. We stayed 8 nights and had a lovely time. Thank you.

There is no lift to get luggage up to the top floor.

Good location close to the beach. Affordable, no frills hotel. Hot shower, cold A/C, daily 2 water bottles + 1 toilet paper roll (more can be bought in hotel). Laundry service available in hotel or just next to it for slightly cheaper. Beds are okay-ish. Rooms are large, except the room above reception which is smaller than others.

Room 206 only (the small one above reception): Minor inconvenience, but bathroom is organized with shower in a middle and toilet at the end. When you take a shower you make the whole bathroom floor wet. Also A/C from the room dumps water on a bathroom floor near the toilet making the floor around the toilet wet. In larger room shower is at the end and has a curtain so floor is not getting wet in whole bathroom. Also in room 206 A/C blows on a bed (not applicable to larger rooms where A/C blows next to the bed)

Large, spacious double room, bathroom, toilet, air conditioning, fridge... Clean, regular cleaning... Very nice and helpful service... Possibility to use the attractions offered by Ao Nang on site... Very close to the beach... I recommend the hotel!

Fantastic sized room right in the heart of the restaurant and beach area. Ask to stay on the roof rooms and you have a whole rooftop balcony between 3 rooms, fantastic place to sit and watch the strip from above. Staff were very friendly and the room had everything you’d need.

As people have said there is a club across the road that plays music till late but it didn’t bother us really, wore headphones to go to sleep and slept fine. It didn’t seem as loud as people were saying on the reviews and it’s kind of part of the experience being in the area.
