Very clean and spacious beautiful rooms with balcony, keytle, fridge,free drinking water provided everyday, minibar at extra cost,safe, big beautifull bathrooms with hot water and quality toiletries.Housekeeping eveyday if you need at no extra cost, beach towels down at the reception. They also have their own bistro bar with 10% discount .The location is 2 min away from Ao Nang beach,but away from the noise of the main street. The staff is just lovely and helpfull and made our stay enjoyable.The only down side is that there’s no elevator, so if you travel with big suitcases you’ll have to lift it up the stairs, other than that everything was perfect and would definitely recommend and come back here. The location is just brilliant, a one minute walk to the beach front, a few minutes walk to the night market, and shops, supermarkets, restaurants and more all around. The room was large in size, modern and very clean. There was a lamp which we liked as not many Thai properties provide lamps. The plugs were modern EU/UK/US combined plugs! Bed was very comfortable and bedding clean. Bathroom was large and modern with decent shower. Two towels and two hand towels provided. Hand soap, shower gel etc provided. Fridge in room very useful. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The best customer service that we’ve had in all of Thailand. We didn’t need our room cleaning as we only stayed 2 nights, but the staff made sure to leave fresh water and toilet roll outside our room. The hotel also offer fresh beach towels for use everyday! They provide 4 bottles of filtered water everyday.

The only thing to note is that the water in our room went twice during our stay. Once we were able to ask the reception team to fix it, but the second time it went in the evening after the reception closed so we had no water when going to bed to have showers, brush teeth etc. The property are aware of the issue and i’m sure are working on a permanent fix. 2 pillows were provided, but we would have liked an extra two for comfort. One more was provided when we asked but that was all they had.

Front desk staff went over and beyond to help out when I got injured on an excursion. They got us discounted tours. Attached cafe had good food. Room’s AC worked extremely well. Free water bottles. Genuinely, this place was awesome

The location is the top of a steep hill that was difficult to get to after my leg injury. Also for whatever reason, taxis/rideshare can’t find this place to save their lives, so you almost have to type in the coordinates rather than the address to get back.

Great little hotel in the heart of Ao Nang district, just about 200 metres from the beach. Loads of shops and restaurants around. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, they made us feel very much welcomed. The aircon in my room stopped working one night and could not be turned on. I notified the staff at reception in the morning as I was leaving for a day trip and when I came back in the afternoon it was fixed and working and staff was very apologetic for the inconvenience. The room I stayed in was very spacious with plenty of space for the clothes etc. The good size balcony with the sea view was great addition. The room was very clean and it was cleaned everyday and new clean towels provided daily. The room has a minibar with beers, soft drinks and soda which were only few baths more expensive than if bought in 7eleven. The barhroom with well sized shower. The hotel has its own bistro downstairs open from 7 - 17 where meals and drinks can be purchased. I'm confident to say that if I ever find myself back in Krabi I would use this hotel again.

The bed was king size but me and my wife didnt find it comfortable as it was a bit hard for us. The water pressure in the shower was annoyingly weak.

Aonang Inn has a great location, close to the main area of the beach, where the night fireshows take place and the longtail boats to Railay are booked, close to stores and restaurants. Personnel is great, always helping and providing tips on what to visit and when, offering flexibility and solutions, making the stay in Ao Nang as simple and comfortable as possible. The accommodation offers all the tours (PhiPhi, Hong, 4 Islands, 7 Islands, etc) at a discounted price compared to some internet sites, so I recommend booking them there. I really appreciated the guidance and help they provided, it helped changing plans on the go when the weather turned rainy. All tour vendors and/or transfers will have no problem in picking/dropping you at this hotel. They also offer transfer service to other close by cities, and can call and arrange everything for your next destination. The room and the bed were big, clean and comfortable. It included complimentary mineral water (a lot), which is always convenient. The bathroom and the shower were very nice and wide.

Very good value for money! The hotel is located near the main road with restaurants and shops, and a few minutes from the sea. The room is spacious and has a spacious balcony with a rack to dry your clothes. Big bed, good shower, WiFi and air-conditioning worked well. And the women at the reception where very kind and could arrange trips and taxis for you. There are extra towels you can take when you go to the beach. And late check-out: 12hrs. Clean towels and water every day. Great place to stay!

No elevator means carrying your luggage up the stairs (and up the hill from the main street). And there's no breakfast, but there are many places at walking distance where you can get food.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful! Nice modern and big rooms. Excellent value for money and right in the heart of ao nang! Also 4 free bottles of water per day.

Only small issues were the fact that there was only one pillow each on the bed which made the stay less comfortable and early room cleaning which woke us up. Could hear everything out in the hallway as well and stairs were very loud.

The staff Who works at ao nang inn 10 plus for them, they are lovely and also the Cleaner who works there. They make it for us, We are still in the hotel. Booked 2 extra nights. Actualy want to go to phi phi relax beach resort but skipped it The persons who works there are mo..erf.ckers. So take my advice and stay at ao nang inn We are sooo happy also with the excursions We fixed there. Mindblowing experians for live. I be here with my daughter see loves the holiday even more

The room was spacious and clean. A good value. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The location was perfect and the view was spectacular. Breakfast in the restaurant was discounted, reasonably priced and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

the staff members were lovely and so helpful our room had a balcony with a view to the sea. Clean drinking water in glass bottles, electric tea kettle, refrigerador were provided too. The staff arranged our transportation to our next location at 10 percent off

Aong Inn was fully booked so we could not extend our stay! the hotel we moved to was not nearly as nice.
