Staff are amazing nothing is too much for them. Best shower pressure in hotel for the area it didn’t drop at any time. Even though it’s dated this was the cleanest hotel throughout our stay in Thailand. This is only a small basic hotel but the rooms are spacious. Beach towels provided. You are just off the main road so close to the corner where you can get boats to the other beaches etc. depending on which side of the hotel you are it could be a little noisy. We fortunately were in 302 so quiet but no views from balcony. You are staying here simply for a base, Bed and shower. Super washing service done on the roof of the hotel. Excellent

No lift so I prepared my husband to carry our bags upstairs to our room. 🤣🤣

The Lalisa Hotel was an excellent choice. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, McDonald's, 7/11, ATMs, and Long Tail Pier. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned and organized. The air-conditioning was cooling, and it was possible to set the temperature as your choice. The bed was comfortable. The toilet was clean. The only negative point was the internet; during rush hours became slow, but if you purchased a SIM card for unlimited internet at the airport, you won't miss it. Thank you!

Excellent location and close to everything Ao Nang has to offer. The breakfast was decent and value for money. The room was spacious and clean, air conditioner was in working order which provided reprieve from the heat.

The gazebos outside did not have working fans, nor the lights were on at night, There seemed to have been a bar area at one stage but this was not operating, The bed was very hard and became uncomfortable towards the end of the stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the friendliest I've encountered in Thailand so far. The room is nice, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and so is the balcony. The curtains are very dark which make it possible to sleep longer during the day. There's a desk and a chair in the room, which is great for those working on a laptop. I'm completely satisfied with the hotel. If I come back to Ao Nang, I'll definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from beautiful beaches, and everything was very convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed. On our last day, they even offered to drive us to the boat with their own car — such amazing hospitality! We really appreciated their warm attitude and would definitely stay here again.

The location is great, very central to the shops (just outside) and the beach (<5mins walk). The check in was smooth and the staff were very nice and helpful, even helped us book the airport transport. The room is spacious with great air conditioning and a balcony to sit out or dry your wet items.

There’s no elevator in the building so it could be one to three flights of stairs depending on what room they put you. The bathroom/shower had no ventilation so the ceiling was mouldy and the shower head could use a bit of deep cleaning. There’s ants coming in from the balcony but it’s tolerable as long as we don’t leave food or drinks out and throw our rubbish outside the room.

The location was great. It is in the main area but because it’s back from the street it is very quiet. Also super close to the beach. There was also a great view from our balcony. The room was very spacious with a fridge and safe. For the price this is great value, there are not many places this good at that price point.

The bathroom was a bit mouldy. Would be nice to have somewhere to hang up clothes
