Staffs had very fast response on request. Very good service. Location was perfect. Close to all I needed; restaurants, massage, pier, grocery store. I like the view from double room. Can see mountain.

The hotel was noisy especially in the morning, they have a kid zone which was in the middle of the floor. So loud. Sound proof was bad.

Room was good and stuff so lovely friendly and hopefull, my child was sick I made a phone call asking for cleaning the room thery come up in 10 minutes.I definitely will be back here again 😊

The cafe environment where breakfast was served was calm and inviting – more like a standalone café than a typical hotel dining space. I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made mornings feel relaxed. The location of the hotel is another highlight. It’s conveniently situated close to 7elevan, restaurants, massage centers and closed to Aonang beach. Free parking lot was provided. The room was so spacious. The staff advised us that during night will be noisy but the sound was much bearable. we slept peacefully

Breakfast-- I feel could be improved breakfast method. The menu was fixed based on a menu card, and over the course of three days, I found the options a bit limited. After the first day, it began to feel repetitive, and no coffee refills made the breakfast feel somewhat insufficient. More variety and flexibility in the breakfast offerings would definitely enhance the guest experience.

- Located very close to Ao Nang beach, easy to get by and many food options in the neighborhood. - Friendly and helpful staff, cleaned the room every day. - All beaches in the neighborhood are easily accessible from this location, - There are many laundry services next to kokotel, rates approx 50 Baht per kilo. They offer quick, good and reliable service, delivery within 24 hours. - Kokotel provides free drinking water , every floor has water dispensers -cold and hot. - Wifi is very good.

- Though there are many restaurants in the neighborhood, food at the Ao Nang Landmark nightmarket (1.5km away) is much better and cheaper. Restaurants close by are just fleecing tourists, serving mostly low quality food at European prices. This applies also for the breakfast at Kokotel. - If you are not a good sleeper, avoid rooms close to main street.

Very comfortable and fun-vibe hotel right in the centre of Ao Nang. Super friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us while we recovered from a medical emergency. Rooms are reasonable size and well equipped - get instant coffee and fresh milk from the nearby 7/11. Very useful coffee shop/cafe in the foyer is also a good place to hang out during the day. Or the out-front seating gives a good view of the street for people watching. Close to all the bars and restaurants - walking distance to the beach. It's not a resort style hotel, but it suited us.

Rooms at the front have better views but are quite noisy - if you want sleep ask for a back room. The pool area is limited but then this isn't a resort style hotel.

Great hotel with a great location, nice and close to the beach (about 200 yards), you'll pass lots of good bars and restaurants along the way, 500 baht taxi from airport, they'll probably ask you for 800-1000, just say 500, walk off and they'll be back. we had a family room so a double and a bunk. fine for us, wifi was great. lovely little coffee shop on the ground floor. coffee, croissants etc. small but descent pool on the roof.

very small rail to hang your clothes on, not a big problem, but for four people the storage space was very small.

Would stay again! Great location and staff was organized and accommodating. Our kids loved the rooftop pool and play area. The family bunk room was great and nice to have a little deck area. Helpful to have tv, toiletries for the bathroom and room layout was very practical. AC in room was perfect and we appreciated having water and extra pillows. We recommend this place!

Some noise could be heard at night, but they offered ear plugs and I always travel with a sound machine anyway. It wasn’t a big deal and the blackout curtains were nice too.

We stayed three nights and wished we could have stayed longer! It's in a perfect location for excursion pickups, supermarkets, swimming at Ao Nang Beach, and the nightlife. The pool has stunning views, the room had a terrace, a water dispenser, and everything you need for a romantic beach vacation. There's a massage center and a cafe right in the building. We want to repeat!

The only downside is that being next to the party area, there can be some noise (it didn't bother me personally, but I understand that some people might be affected).

Excellent location and breakfast, límited (served by The Coffe Club, which is inside the hotel) but so good, súper tasty. Drinking water dispenser on every corridor (hot, natural and cold) Location is great, close to the beach and busy areas.

Shower pressure not that good, we had to ask mantainance staff to have a look on it (although it improved, was not the best shower, just ok) Toilet was partially blocked by shower window: not a big deal, but not very comfortable though. There was only 1 slow lift, so you may have to wait some times.

I love the location as it was right in the middle of the busy street where shopping, restaurants, convenient stores, massage, beaches, bars, pubs and everything you need. Love tge family rooms as they have enough beds to accommodate everyone. The staff were very helpful and downstairs is the coffee club and next to it is a massage parlour. Beds were comfy. There was a nice terrace but unfortunately it is a waste that they didn’t put table n chairs, else it will be nice. I had to use the room chair to chill outside

Theres a club nearby so you can actually hear the sound, but their air conditioning is more noisy so it sort of covers the noise lol. Rooms are a bit dated but it is quite clean. Walls are a bit thin and you can hear housekeeping walkie talkie in the morning, guests closing their doors
