Ms. Pong runs an excellent budget accommodation. I thought the location was amazing for the price. We had a peekaboo view of a little track of jungle and the water, a comfortable bed in a quiet room with a balcony. I loved the host. She might seem a little gruff at first but is really kind and goes above and beyond to help her guests. Even the housekeeping staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is a little area to hang out when you first enter and a wonderful breakfast or lunch spot within feet of the place (Tan Tribe).

I didn’t want to leave. I hope to be back.

The guest house was so clean and in a great location. The staff were so helpful and Ms Pong was very kind and helpful and help organized some boat trips for me and gave me a great price. I will book this guesthouse again. Two mins from the beach . Right in the center but still was able to sleep at night. Great guesthouse.

The hotel was great if you want to stay in that part of town it personally but I would not recommend the area! It’s like a Magaluf strip, save your pennies and go to Spain 😂. However if that’s what you’re into then the hotel is perfect!

Location was great. Very close to beach. Ms Pong is so helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable enough - a little hard for my liking. Overall, for the price, it was a lovely stay 😊

No kettle for hot water and safe was far from being safe - it was totally broken. But these were minor things.

Big, clean room with balcony and view of greenery and a bit of the sea. Definitely for anyone looking for some quiet time and a space to themselves. No frills type of place owned and run by a local lady, Pong. She may seem unsmiling at first but she definitely tries to help and took me to a local market when she found out I was in search of local food! Highlight of my time in Ao Nang:)

Very basic accommodation but it's cheap in an expensive town. There's a TV in my room but it doesn't work. No kettle, tea or coffee. No soap in the bathroom. Small holes in my bedding. Little things could improve this place a lot.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff (especially Miss Phong). I had a nice big room, but no window (but this was because it was on the ground floor, and I’d indicated that I sometimes have difficulty with stairs). Close to restaurants, shops, riverfront, etc - in fact it’s in the middle of a very touristy area. They provided free coffee, water, and fruit, which was wonderful, and arranged all bus tickets and onward travel for you if you asked. OK, this could have been more expensive than booking independently, but well worth the extra baht to avoid the hassle! Good value for money - just 500 B a night at high season. I’d definitely recommend it.

Very nice host. She let us briefly use her scooter to get some Nam tom. And use of umbrellas. During storm rain season.

False advertising. The AC which being necessary isn't on during the day when mostly needed. She said she turns on at 5pm. At 630pm we had to find her to ask her to turn it on. Also the big screen TV which was a selling point didn't work at all. She didn't bother to mention to us at all or change our rooms.

Mrs Phong was very welcoming and happy to help. Our rooms were very large, clean and had everything we needed. The location is great being off the main street of Ao Nang. Perfectly placed for everything

perfect position, you have everything you need in every corner, the room was clean we had fan and air conditioning as well. the staff was really nice and always ready to help. i recommend this place

from the toilet came very bed smell but i belive is something very common couse is not the first time it happen to us, but soon we make the cleaning lady aware of this she came and somehow fix the problem .. so it wasn’t a big deal after all
