So close to the beach, and the deck with the big chairs so comfy. The staff all of them amazing!!

This hotel is in the busiest part of town and is central to everything. Great for people watching yet a great private oasis for those who seek quiet areas of which the hotel has lots. Rooms were well insulated. The poolside rooms were very nicely updated whereas the older part of the hotel had rooms needing some upgrading. However for the price this hotel is an exceptional value.

To wash the sand off your feet after the beach you had to go to the outdoor shower by the pool which meant you tracked sand into the pool area.

Hotel guests claiming sun loungers by placing towels on them early in the morning but not using the loungers for most of the day. Be nice if the hotel could monitor this

Great location with views of the beach from breakfast, the pool and even our room ( we were on 4th floor). Half the pool loungers were always in the shade around the pool which we like. Breakfast was tasty, lots of variety, egg station, fresh bread. Friendly and helpful reception, cleaning and breakfast staff.

It’s not the property’s fault, but there is live music at a nearby bar until 1am every night. The same songs played very loudly every night. There is no need for the music to be so loud and it was the only downside of the hotel. We wore earplugs in the end.

We booked two rooms for three nights and traveled with friends. We all enjoyed our stay. The rooms are a good size (one had a great view of the ocean on the 5 floor) and have everything you need. The hotel is in a good position with only a small road / path between you and the beach. We arrived after staying in Railay Beach and the boat dropped us right in front of the resort. We enjoyed sitting in the breakfast area watching the long tail boats and passersby. The reception/concierge were kind enough to organize an airport transfer to Phuket for our friends and allowed them a little extra time for check out as they were flying late that evening. Would stay again for sure.

If I had to say - The beds were quite hard and the hotel is aging but overall we enjoyed our stay. Value for money!

The location of the hotel is pretty perfect. At the main street and 1 min walking from beach. The pool is surprisingly long enough for a nice swim. (shallow) The design of the room is pretty interesting compared to other hotels..

They will over charge you for extra services like booking a cab or a boat rides etc by almost double the standard rates. Our single ticket for Lao lading and James bond boat tour was 2500 bht. The company they contract is literally opposite of the hotel (yellow banding) they charge around 1200-1300 bht. Their taxi service from their hotel to Patong phuket was 800 bht extra. These are not complains. Just some negatives. I understand the hotels will charge extra for these things but this was too much. (although my phi phi islands resort was rather discounted in all these services)

I had a great stay at Vacation Village Phra Nang Inn. The room was cozy and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, which was definitely needed. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Location was fantastic, close to the beach and everything you might need. The first staff members were extremely kind and helpful. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely consider coming back!

While Vacation Village Phra Nang Inn has a lot of positives — like a comfortable room, great AC, and a beautiful pool — I did experience some issues. One staff member seemed unsure of what to do, though she was polite. Also, I couldn't figure out how to get hot water in the morning even though it worked at night, which was frustrating.

This was my first visit to Krabi. I chose to stay here because my goal was to stay somewhere centrally located, from which I could easily take various tours to explore and learn the area. I could not be more pleased with my choice. The facilities and my room were immaculately maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner, was superb. If you're seeking a place in Ao Nang which is not luxurious but has very pleasing grounds and rooms, I highly recommend staying here.

The pool was fantastic, very beautiful. Also the breakfast with fruits, real bread, juices. Eggs, cereals, pancakes, muffins...and much more. We enjoy it a lot. The location was perfect, really on the beach and in the main area where you have all the restaurants, cafés, places to book excursions, massages... You can practise yoga with no extra charge on the roof of the hotel also with amazing views. The staff was very nice.

The first 2 nights we had a room in front of some facilities where the noise was unbereable. Room number 1226. Then I complained about the noise and the receptionist changed it inmediately. So in the end everything was fine.

The Staff is very friendly actually you even want to go there for the staff ! Everytime when we went there or also while we stayed the Staff always helped us and gave us smiles and a friendly atmosphere. Since our first stay there the Phra Nang Inn is our place to go because of the staff. They even don't forget you. The room was very nice located very nice clean and you had everything you need The location is maybe the best you can have in Aonang. You are directly inside everything that's going on around while you don't have to worry about your privacy. Because it is not squeezed between shops and other Hotels. When you open the door and walk you see already the beach with a nice restaurant in front of the beach. This is the very best place you can take! Even the new Staff was very very friendly the best service I have received so far. See you next time
