Staff were very hospitable and happy to give advice and arrange everything. Room was large with a magnificent view of the Ao Nang Bay. Location was excellent. Very close to the centre, a short 100m walk to the beach and night markets, but located off the Main street, so it was extremely quiet.

The staff were incredible, always checking we had everything we needed, travel to/from Krabi sorted and offering such good discounts for day trips to other islands/tours!! The biggest issue we had is that my friend got food poisoning on the first day so opposed to our original booking of 2 nights, we ask to extend our stay twice by two nights so we ended up staying for 6 nights and they made all the accommodations including letting us stay in the same room every time we asked to extend!! Although there isn’t a kettle in the room, when i asked one of the staff at reception for some hot water to make my noodles, she said no problem and basically made them for me (i didn’t ask and wasn’t expecting it at all i was so shocked - i just assumed the water was boiled via pot which is why it might’ve taken longer)!! Just amazing staff who are in around the clock wanted to help, with the most affordable rooms and great views of the next beach over (could just be our room on the corners)!

I absolutely loved my stay here and I extended from 3 to 6 nights! The accommodation is basic but very comfortable. The location is fantastic! I could even see the sea from the balcony of my room. The staff is absolutely fantastic!! It seems the hotel is run by all ladies staff. So they all add a warm, homey feel to it! Like a family-run business. You are stone through away from the beach and all shops, bars, 7-11s, etc… are all nearby!

We are really not understanding the negative reviews.. we had a wonderful stay here! The location is spot on! It is literally 3 minutes to the beach. The rooms were recently refurbished and are spacious. Also the bathroom was new and great. The bed was comfortable and the A/C looked old, but is working totally fine. The TV is very old, but who needs that anyway? We stayed in a lot of hotels across Thailand the past weeks and this one was one of the cleanest! The Wi-Fi was working perfectly fine. We are definitely recommending staying here :) When we checked out, we had a problem with our transfer and even though we booked it online, the receptionist was super helpful and even called them to help us. 10/10.

Very helpful and nice staff, got us a taxi bus when departing, washed our clothes, all to a very good price. Room service was a lovely surprise. The location is superb, right by the Main Street and the beach.

The bed was a bit hard to sleep on. The TV in our room didn't work but we did not expect one in the first place. The view from our window/balcony in particular was not the best, opposite the beach, into a construction site.

Outstanding hotel: the value for the price is unbeatable. It's clean, quiet, in the heart of Ao Nang next to the beach, the staff is friendly and helpful. If I go back to Ao Nang, I would definitely go there again!

Hard to say, maybe the bed comfort could be improved and they could offer breakfast (with a supplement), but again, it's just to have something to say - this hotel is just fabulous for the price.

The location is perfect, close to everything. The staff in the hotel very helpful and friendly. The receptionist was so kind, very nice. The room was perfect for my own large room with balcony, beautiful view. It’s a good price for what I got. I would like to return next time.

Location was great. Different services: laundry service, scooter rental, tour booking service. Clean rooms.

Beds could be more comfortable. People with reduced mobility should know that there is a steep hill in front of the house.

Much, much better than I expected after reading the reviews. If I come back to Aonang again and have the same price, I will stay here. Sea view. Cleaning every day. For the price it is definitely worth it. And I arrive early and get a room for free, 2 hours before.
