We had a triple room (1 large bed & 1 single bed) on highest (3rd) floor which we requested, facing the mountain & pool. We could also see the sea from the balcony. There was no lift & we'd to climb stairs, which we knew & was perfectly fine as our luggage was light & we're fit & healthy. The room is clean, bathroom clean, everything we needed is there. The most important is that it is quiet giving us good sleep & bed was comfortable. Pillow is a bit high, but we could adapt so it was fine. It's just a short 5 mins walk to Ao Nang beach, and we walked about 15 mins to Night Market Place & then further along another 15 mins to Ao Nang Landmark Night Market. Along the way there are shops & the more affordable restaurants and eateries are at Night Market Place. Basically, everything is walkable. There is a stall just at entrance of hotel you could book a shuttle van to airport at 150 baht/person & pick up is right at the entrance. This is very convenient too. There are a few games like Uno cards & such you could borrow to play in your room if you wished too, as well a rack of books to read, but we didn't need them. We didn't use the swimming pool as we booked the 4 islands day tour & Krabi Mangrove Kayak tour via Klook. Highly recommended.

None. Everything was great. It is very hard to find a triple room in Krabi very close to Ao Nang beach, quiet & with balcony. So glad I found this place, and it is very affordable too.

The property is located in an excellent spot. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was basic and in need of updating, however, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our short break. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The pool was clean, and most of the time we were only people using it.

The room my mum stayed in , the air con was old and she could not put it below 25 C, otherwise it would overheat (she had a poster on the wall stating this). This was the only negative thing.

Great location in the heart of the action in Aonang. Super close to the beach great mountain view from our Balcony. Recommend getting this for sure.

Good value. Mountain view was wonderful. Location good. Good bed, pillows and duvet. Small library for books. Very nice staff. Excellent filter coffee and thai tea in the cafe. Small and dated, but still nice pool area with trees around it and small garden. Not many people used it so I had it pretty much to myself. Minimart not far away. Would stay here again.

Old and dated decor in rooms and around pool, but still good value for the price. No elevator.. so exercise was good ;) some construction on site outdoors, but it is good the place is upgraded.

Perfect location, next to the Ao Nang pier so we could easily go on the trips to islands. Garden view (pool view) is quiet. Pool was the other best thing here. Friendly staff. Huge double bed;) AC in the room helped through the night. By the way, best coffee we tried was next to the reception.

There was no sound isolation at all, you probably need the ear plugs:) old building, old furniture, had some little ants in our room, but we did not expect to much from the hotel.

Great location, the staff could not have done more, loved the pool, even though there was no lift, the staff took our luggage up, if a person was not able to handle stairs, then there would be a problem. So you should let people know in your advertising! As they would be upset in paying and not able to stay

Good location, great owner and staff. Plenty going on right outside the hotel and just a short walk to the beach.

To be honest the owner did say she was going to carry out some refurb work around the pool area in low season and i understand that. New doors and locks on rooms and a lick of paint on balcony would smarten this hotel up.
