This place is paradise. Two beautiful pools, a wonderful beach view, great staff to help with booking travel, great location.

The bar music really ruins the peaceful beach vibes. It’s impossible to relax with club music going from 10am-11pm and you can hear it from the room. They play the music when no one is there. They play the music when it’s raining. Between 11pm and 10am, you can literally hear waves crashing from your room. it’s magical.

Fantastic location, we started in the old block at the front and we were not happy with the room, bed very hard, bathroom very dated and no hot water. We paid the extra to upgrade to a superior room in the newer block and the room was lovely, comfy bed, great bathroom and big balcony. Breakfast is 5* and snacks and drinks by the pool good value. Location is fantastic, a quiet oasis in the centre of Ao Nang. Some noise from longboats during the day.

I was disappointed that you allow smoking on the balcony and around the Pool. This spoiled our stay as there were times when we could not use the balcony. Why not have rooms specifically for smokers, or simply ban it all together; hotels in Phuket we stayed at had a much stricter policy. The breakfast whilst OK was not as good as some other hotels we stayed at in Phuket and Bangkok.

Great location, 2 beautiful pools, table tennis, billiard table and the gym are perfect for additional activities within resort. The rock mountain in the background by the large pool was absolutely stunning!

The sea views weren’t really sea views as the palm trees block the views and we could only see the sea partially.

The location is ideal . The hotel is literally on the beach right next to where you can catch the longtail boats to the islands. Its minutes away from the bars and restaurants. We booked sea view rooms which was well worth it. The hotels 2 pools were very clean with plenty of sunbeds.

We loved our stay. The staff were amazing. The only downside was we all struggled with the beds - they were rock hard !! and after a week even the kids were aching.

Excellent location and the the area around the pool is beautiful. Very good breakfast.

The noise from the bar was too much, because our room was with see view and close to the bar. Our room was a bit dated. If I would stay at the hotel again, I would choose pool view because that part of the hotel is more quiet and the rooms are updated.

Our room was really large, it could have easily accommodated a sofa or chairs to relax in as well :-)

We went to Ao Nang to celebrate my parents' 50th Anniversary after considering many options, but we couldn't have picked a better place that suited almost every member of our family, from 12-82. There's nothing fancy about the place but it has a quiet charm about it. There's so much to love about the place: clean and spacious rooms, its location which is right on the beach and the bustling strip that has tourists walking up and down, and the bar which was our go to place for watching the sunset with cocktails in hand. But this is no place for a romantic getaway. There are quieter and nicer places for that. If you're looking for a good place to go with the family, with easy access to the beach and the market then this is the place to stay at.

For a good hotel in a tourist destination the front desk staff hardly spoke any English. This made it very difficult to communicate with them.

The location was excellent. It was close to walk to restaurants, long tails, tuktuks but far enough away from the noise that once you were in the resort it was peaceful. There are 2 pools. The coral pool in the middle of the resort was large and really lovely- it would be even better with some wide stairs as well as the ladders in the shallow end for the elderly and or kids to use. The food in the resort was fresh and delicious and the nearby cafe.

The room we got was a bit smelly and musty. We asked for a late check out - a few hours- which they stated they couldn’t do. The resort is huge. It was low season and not at all busy. That was disappointing as we had 24 hrs of travelling and it would have been nice to have been able to relax/ shower in our room until we needed to leave. Even at a small cost. The front pool needs a restoration and clean up and wide stairs to use as I have no idea how some people would’ve able to get in or out. There are ladders but that is not suitable for everyone.

Amazing resort! We were initially concerned about some of the feedback regarding mold in the rooms, especially since we booked sea-facing rooms. But I believe the time of year makes a difference. Most complaints about mold were from December, while we stayed in April and didn’t see any mold anywhere. The breakfast location was great, with a fantastic view to start the day. The coral pool is equally amazing. The staff – each and every one – was kind, helpful, and always smiling. The fire show at 9 PM was also very cool. All the restaurants and bars offer the best views. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit!

We had sea facing room and bathroom felt a bit cramped, small. The bathroom fittings are old and tired, should be replaced. Also, we saw some tiny ants on the bed from time to time but they didn't bother much. Also, if you’re booking a sea-view room, just note that the view is partially blocked by trees and wires, so I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for it.
