Clean and spacious room with amazing greenery view. The balcony is a fabulous place to chill in. Stuff are amazing and friendly. Breakfast is good and get you ready for the day. You have full lights control by the bed which is amazing

If I have to write something, the main lights located by the bed. And at the entrance the button of light is for one single light at door step. Then you need to walk to bed to turn the full room light.

The location was great, a bit further from the beach but barely, as there’s so much to see and do when walking down to the main beach. The room was very spacious and had a nice little patio that you could sit on. The beds were very comfy and the AC worked well. They offer free breakfast in the morning which was nice and the staff were overall friendly. They provide free water everytime they clean your room!

The bathroom needs an upgrade and an actual standing shower. We had a bathtub to stand in and the shower head was far too low to take a shower, you were awkwardly standing in weird positions to get water onto your skin and the shower pressure was weak as well as the water rarely got hot. The shower head also would not stay at the proper angle so it would spray to the side of the bathtub and then the floors would be sopping wet. However, small inconvenience and still really enjoyed our stay. If the shower was better, the stay would have been perfect!

The room was highly good. The facilities and services were enough. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The view of the room was bad. The height of shower head was very short and i couldn't take shower comfy anytime. You can be faced with the bug or ant problem in the baskets belonged to the bread and sugared products at breakfast services.

Good location. It exceeded our expectations. We were not expecting a breakfast which was included. They are brillant for organising tours and we extended our stay there. I have recommended it to my friends and if I am ever lucky enough to be back in Krabi I will be booking this hotel again. Also the beautiful cottages are at the back of the hotel and these also look a great place to stay.

The room was big and impeccable, and everything was very clean and new. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the balcony was also very good. The bathroom was clean and equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and everything else. It was the most comfortable room I've had in Thailand so far. The fact that there's breakfast included is a great deal. The location is ideal. It's in one of the main streets, so full of options for restaurants and bars around. It's around 15 min walk to the beach, but a very easy pleasant walk. I've seen reviews complaining about the noise from the street, but I didn't have any issues with it, and the window from the balcony isolated the noise very well.

Not all the staff were nice or could speak good English. Some of them were very attentive and helpful in answering questions or helping with tours, some others, due to the language barrier, couldn't do much for the guests and could only answer the basics.

Near Ao nang town, close to food and shops. Reception can help you book minibus to airport. Room is spacious and good view to the swimming pool. Shame I only stay for a night otherwise I would make use of the pool.

The wash basin was blocked. I didn’t notice until I use the bathroom late at night so didn’t complain. But let the reception know when I checked out.

We fell in love with this place and wanted to say thanks to the whole staff for their kindness. We were supposed to stay only four days, but we liked so much that we ended up staying five more nights. The room is beautifully decorated and we had an amazing view from our terrace. We are really close to the beach and even closer of some authentic Thai restaurants if you want to escape the tourist traps of Ao Nang. We also recommend you to try the spa massage next to the entrance. We would definitely come back!!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. it's all good. but this time the service at the counter was less friendly than before. No smile no words of appreciation were expressed. Breakfast is also not provided as usual. The reason given is because of peak hours. But I found many more empty rooms. It means that the information given to the guest is not correct. Other than that, it was good.

Great location, easy to find

The window/balcony was facing other people’s balconies so it was weird to have the curtains open. The shower also somehow got lots of water on the floor no matter how you positioned the shower curtain

Rooms are big and comfortable. Location is good, in the busy area but not very noisy. Rent a motorbike will help you to get around. Good complimentary breakfast!

The shower tap broke during our last day. The hotel staff tried to fixed but they couldn't, so they offered us to change rooms.
