1. The staff was very kind and responsive on every request and question - i will give 10 out of 10 for our interaction with them . Great staff Phu Pi Maan resort 2. ⁠The view from the room , the view from the restaurant and the top pool absolutly marvelous . It was a delight on every day of our stay 3. ⁠The room spacious and clean and also the breakfast ( for our 9 days stay) was more than good 4. ⁠1 of the pools is in garden area, that has an infinity feel and the second one is in the back bulding that has a cooler water - perfect for a swim and to cool down. The garden/ mini jungle area is perfect for the view and just relaxing

We did not see this as a minus but it is good to know in advance : 1. 15 min walk to the beach but they have a shuttle almost once every 2 h and if you walk you go trough a night market street full with a lot of shops 2. ⁠breakfast was good for us but it depends on taste , some might need more variaty 3. ⁠there is a need for a maintenance on the buldings / rooms but not something that should bother you 4. ⁠there is no ac in the common areas , but they have Fan and this I saw better as you do not have a hard cut from cold to very hot

If you're looking for paradise, this place is it! I have never stayed at more beautiful place than this. We had a villa with a lovely patio and comfy chairs, just a few meters from the pool but due to the greenery it was very private. It had a very 'jungle' vibe, so many trees around, very nicely designed place. The room was huge, the bed even bigger, they swapped the duvet for a bedsheet on our request because the weather was a bit too hot for us. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of different options, my mum has ALS and she was impressed by and very happy with the choice (as her diet is very limited). The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, great for breakfast and great for an evening meal/drink with a view of the sunset. We were even able to use the buggy to get up to the restaurant which again my mum appreciated very much. The pool was great, stunning surroundings, lots of beach chairs (there was a choice of 3 swimming pools). The hotel has a car that takes you to the beach (about 20mins walk) and back at very convenient times. They arrange transfers, taxi and trips too. There's also a very cute little cafe just outside the hotel and down the street you can find a plethora of amazing street food (AoNang Muslim Street). We stayed at another hotel too during our stay but if I ever come back to Ao Nang, I'm definitely staying at Phu Pii!! Oh and the staff really goes above and beyond, really really lovely people :)

Of my two weeks in Thailand, 3 nights each spot, sadly I only had 2 here and it was by far my favorite stay. The room was amazing, location AMAZING. I was solo so didn’t want to be in the crazy high rise part of Bangkok, enjoyed all the amazing restaurants nearby, the best food I have had in the last 2 weeks by farrrr were the little restaurants a stone throw from chillax. Also right by the canal with plenty. I was so sad to check out and no other hotel I stayed at matched it. I can’t recommend it enough & will be coming back next time I am in Thailand for sure. I stayed in the basic room and it was WAY nicer in person than photos, I did not want to leave.

A lovely resort hotel. We had the pool access rooms which were great and would recommend.. View from the rooms and pool is beautiful.. Staff were wonderful. Good at the restaurant was really good and worth going to. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were large. Location is good, lots of local street food at the bottom of the road. All food is halal.

The pool areas are fabulous, with breathtaking views and greenery. Breakfast is very good and all staff were polite and attentive. Our room was great, everything we could wish for. The beds are so comfy, sower and freestanding bath as well. Beautiful balcony area and view over the valley and cliffs.

We did not realise that it was an alcohol free hotel. My fault as I’m sure it was in the description. We are not huge drinkers but we do enjoy a beer around the pool in the afternoon. You are allowed to bring your own, but keeping them cool around the pool is an issue. There are a lot of steps up to the main building, which can get tiresome in the heat. It is the payoff for the views though, so totally worth it.

Big hotel with different kind of rooms. Family room was very big, with a balcony. It is situated in a very nice garden with two exceptional pools. There is a free shuttle to reach the beach and restaurants and there are many tuktuks available to go to the Landmark night market. Ideal to visit Koh Poda and Hong Island. It was the best spot in our trip around Thailand. The bed for the third guest was a real comfy bed. Breakfast was very varied and the views from the restaurant are awesome. We arrived very early and could benefit of the swimming pool while waiting for the room to be ready.

The hotel has some years and we see that it requires some maintenance but staff was making improvements (painting, etc) every day to keep it in good shape.

This hotel is situated in the Halal street of Ao Nang. Happy because the Hotel provided TukTuk to Ao Nang beach and commercial area. The breakfast is all Halal and nice!

Beautiful grounds, well kept facilities. The room with pool access is super fun. You can just jump in the pool from your balcony. Huge room and huge bathroom. Very good water pressure. The view from the balcony and from the restaurant is fantastic as the hotel sits higher. The breakfast buffet is really nice, it caters to all: fruits, yogurts, any kind of eggs made fresh, many choices of bread and pastries, juices, salad bar, continental and english style breakfast options, plus local hot dishes. Daily cleaning services is seamless. You get 3x0,5 l water bottles every day. Medium size fridge in the room. A/C works perfectly and quietly. Staff is really nice and attentive.

Be aware that the pool that is connected to the rooms with pool access can be used by anyone. Just because it is in front of your room, it is not exclusive. This means that kids can come and play directly in front of your balcony. It can get loud.
