The staff is very friendly and always smiling. They provide water and coffee every day. I really liked the pool area. The first room (third floor) we were given had a non-working air conditioner, poor wifi and smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. They showed us another room, but that one had a strong moldy smell. They showed us a third room (second floor), and that one was perfect in every way. The location is a matter of personal taste. It’s about a 20-minute uphill walk from the beach. However, there are plenty of places to shop and eat near the hotel. If you’re sensitive to noise, keep in mind that the mosque is right next to the hotel. Sometimes I woke up in the mornings when they did the chants. It didn’t bother me at all, but it’s worth mentioning.

The location and the fact that the hotel needs maintenance. The facade is in very poor condition.

I loved this hotel! It was very quiet during our stay there and was a great respite from the rest of busy Aonang. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The pool area was gorgeous, with stunning views of the limestone cliffs from the pool deck, and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. The street was full of eating options and tour services, there was a 7/11 5 minutes down the road, and money changers everywhere. I loved that you had everything you needed on hand without the noise and busyness or the rest of Aonang!

The only downside was being next to a mosque I was woken by the 5am call to prayer the first morning. I slept through it the next day!

Rooms were super clean and tidy! They have everything you need in them. Even an umbrella in case there is a downpour. Pool is lovely and clean with nice deck chairs.

Staff weren’t as friendly as we have been used to. I would also avoid their breakfast at all costs! We had breakfast included for 7 days and only ate there once. It was a buffet breakfast which had flys all over it. I do not mean 1 or 2 flies, as we understand it is difficult to keep the flys away in their climate. But there were around 40 flys on the pastries. Same with the open salads and the sauces!! It really put us off eating there as it shows that no one was cleaning properly!

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Ping on reception. Our room on arrival was located at the far end of the hotel on the third floor, which my husband found a little difficult because the hotel does not have a lift and he has problems with his knee... we asked the next morning if it was possible to move rooms and Ping found us another room on the ground floor. Large comfortable double beds (on the firm side but I prefer that), rooms decorated in a rustic beachy style. Modern bathroom with rain shower, plenty of towels provided. Two free bottles of water per day provided. Pool was a good size for the size of hotel, set in nice gardens. Despite being on one of the busy main streets next to bars, restaurants and the mosque, the location is quiet with the hotel being set back from the road. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ao Nang.

More hanging/wardrobe space or drawers for clothes would be nice.

I am staying at the Deluxe Twin room facing limestones cliff/main road for 3 days. Location just a few walking minutes to aonang beach, masjid just steps away. Easy to get halal food. It's easy to find breakfast, walking distance from the hotel. Every day night market in front of the mosque/masjid. They provide 2 towers (shower and beach tower) they provide umbrella and beach slippers. After finishing the beach I can take a shower at the pool side. Behind the reception counter is the pool. Interior design is also nice The toilet got a bidet, the shower water was running good and the hot shower functioned properly There is self service laundry across the road. 7E and bank just a 5 minute walk. There are few shops to rent motorcycles and buy cheap tour packages.

Our balcony light is not functioning.Already inform reception but still not fixed.

The room was beautifully decorated and the bed & linens were very comfortable. The large balcony offered dramatic views of the limestone cliffs that Ao Nang is known for. Pool was pleasant although a little cold. And all staff were friendly and helpful whenever needed, and communicated well. Hotel location was a short walk from dozens of restaurants and shops - about 15 mins to the beach. And the free private shaded guest parking was very convenient (there are little public parking alternatives on the main street). When the sliding door to the room was closed there was very little noise. I think other reviews complaining about the nearby mosque are overreacting - I slept through the 5am call to prayer and during other times it was so quiet, that I could hear the occasional tap dripping in the bathroom/shower even louder than the mosque. We will definitely be back!

Hard to find any drawbacks about the hotel. The only downside of the guest parking is it's located under a large tree that drops berries on the cars. The mess was so extensive that I had to get the car professionally cleaned after we checked out. If you don't have a car, this isn't an issue.

Good location for us; we liked being close enough to walk to and from the beach, but further enough away that it was not loud and congested. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff on reception were friendly. The entrance, lobby, and pool areas are nice. Breakfast was standard, with some choice of hot and cold food. Rooms and communal areas were cleaned daily. There is a safe and fridge in the room, which is always ideal. Space on the balcony to dry towels and clothes.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, persè. I do prefer mattresses to be on the softer side, however, that is personal preference.

This was my second stay in this hotel on a road trip around southern Thailand. We're so glad to return. It feels like home away from home. The staff remembered us when checking in, and were so happy to see us. We got a room on the 2nd floor this time (instead of ground on a previous stay), and it was even quieter in the evening. Tried a few more restaurants nearby, and loved them too. This has to be one of the best vacation spots in Thailand. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about.

Deffinitly the amazing staff, all the girls were kind, professional and helful. We have travel with our baby daughter and they were lovely with her. The location is good, lots of restaurants and shops around, you can walk to the beach, although it is a bit of a strech, but for us was fine, and you can easliy rent a motorbike nearby for a good price. Pool is great and even though it is in a busy area it feels quiet over there. Rooms are big enough, cute and comfy. Breakfast with just a few options but was good
