Loved the pool in the room. Bed was v comfy. Shower was great. Breakfast was outstanding. View was awesome.

Customer service was very disappointing. The welcome was poor compared to other hotels in Thailand (no greeting when we arrived at hotel and waited 30 Mins for luggage to be delivered to room). Problems with room service weren’t resolved properly. (Our room wasn’t serviced and we were told it was deprioritised due to being short-staffed). The toilet and shower are connected to the room but outside, so you can get lots of bugs.

We stayed in a room with the private pool, which was awesome. Keep it mind that as the sun does not reach the pool, it is colder than expected but for Thailand hot weather it felt really refreshing. Breakfast was awesome with a la carte options as well as traditional buffet.

Keep it mind that the bathroom is actually outside so no air conditioning there and also could be reached by mosquitos, which might not be the most confortable when you need to go to the bathroom during the night.

Hotel is spotlessly clean and location is perfect, very close to main strip but yet calm and peaceful. Atmosphere is very relaxing and pleasant. Clean and big rooms. One of the best espreso coffee we have ever tried. Perfect sunset from rooftop pool. But far the best thing in the Hotel are staff members, they all are sooooo nice, kind and helpful. At the end of our holiday we felt like we say goodbuy to our family members.

A few suggestions for improvement: - breakfast coul be with more variety. Bufet breakfast is small and consists of couple of pastries and fruit. A la carte breakfast has some more options but if you stay at least 7 days or more and you prefer European breakfast you will inevitable ended up eating the same breakfast based on various kind of eggs preparation. - poor quality juices during breakfast. It was unpleasant surprise that in region full of delicious and very cheap fruit there is no freshly squized fruit juice option for breakfast. - water in balcony pool is very cold. During our stay I just tried it once and it was unpleasantly cold

Although its design won't appeal to everyone, this hotel doesn't go unnoticed among the dull urban planning of Ao Nang. Once this initial handicap is overcome, practically everything about the Adam Hotel exudes distinction, quality, and functionality (well-designed common areas, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent food, efficient customer service, etc.). But above these qualities, which for me are essential in a good 5-star hotel, what most stands out about the Adam Krabi Hotel is the high level of efficiency of its entire staff, especially those in charge of breakfast. They are wonderful and a model of professionalism.

This comment is not directly related to the hotel's management. However, in the current war situation in the area, I believe it's worth mentioning, for your information, that the Adam Krabi Hotel belongs to a hotel conglomerate based in Israel. In my case, had I known this before my stay, I wouldn't have booked it.

10 out of 10 in every aspect, from arrival to checking in was such a fabulous experience, we were met by the lovely Tia and after a welcome drink, we dealt quickly and easily with the checking in process, then were taken to the onsite Spa, we could chose a signature scent to aid our relaxation, then on to our amazing room with private pool overlooking the mountains, nothing was a problem and we were greeted like royalty every day, we booked to go on the Kayak tour through the mangrove Forrest and that is a must, from being picked up to being guided, with a light snack lunch on our return to the dock, it’s a must see and don’t miss, every member of the team was amazing, also experienced their Catamaran trip and that was so wonderful, pick up, to return was perfect!!

I wanted to stay there forever

This was one of the best accommodation we’ve experienced! First of all, the hotel looks amazing and it is very modern and aesthetic offering beautiful and cozy atmosphere. The rooms are very very clean and look very chic , offering all the amenities, amazing views, and let’s not forget about the private pool in each room! What i also loved is that the hotel has its own app which guests can use to contact staff, make a reservation about daily activities, check menus or spa services etc. The breakfast experience was out of this world! They have a la carte menu from which you can order fabulous breakfast options or grab food from the very broad buffet - also a variety of beverages,both ice and cold are available. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and main bars but also secluded enough so there is no noise at night. The most important thing in this hotel - the staff. There are no words to describe the hospitality, genuine care, warmth and dedication of every single person working in this hotel. Never have i experienced such a professional and caring team! They are very responsive as well and always make sure all your needs are taken care of! Special notice to the lovely Tia, Benzy, Jane and Wall’s. We are definitely coming back to Krabi and staying in this hotel again!

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Large room with private pool. Breakfast is exceptional and lunch/dinner is good too. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of drinking water in the room and complimentary snacks and drinks. They even bring snacks to the rooms in the evening. They have an app which is helpful to schedule room cleaning, order room service and book tours. Good location close to shops and restaurants, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach (take a left turn after leaving the parking for a nicer part of the beach).

Expensive laundry service but cheap options are nearby. Pool water is cold (it makes sense they don’t heat dozens of rooms) but that can be nice on hot days.

Our stay in Hotel Adam in Ao nang was just perfect! We felt welcomed and spoiled from the very beginning, the staff is always smiling and friendly and they go out of their way to make everyone feel special. The facility is great, we booked a room with pool which we used to refresh from the hot weather but we enjoyed the rooftop and ground floor pools ad well. Breakfast was AMAZING - i have never seen so much variety in a buffet breakfast. I highly recommend it! We had a great experience with their Karos Spa too: the massages were really high quality in a super relaxing atmosphere. A special heartfelt thanks to Queen, Wall’s, Nolny and Kaew: they truly made us feel at home! We give Hotel Adam and its staff our highest recommendation :) Best, Silvia and Stefan

Excellent hotel, staff were amazing, thanks to 'AE', 'TIA', 'QUEEN' on reception & all the breakfast staff, fantastic people! Pools & surrounding public seating areas were lovely. Fabulous little touches too i.e. rose & petals on bed, little snacks + water & fizzy drink top up on a daily basis. We, like all other rooms had our own private little pool, albeit we didn't venture in as we didn't get the sun on our room side so the pool didn't actually get very warm (not to worry). Breakfast was extremely good, plenty of choice, fab coffee! Just slightly out of the main hustle & bustle of the main Ao Nang area, yet only a short walk to shops bars & restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel 👍😊

Maybe the flip flops & dressing gowns need cleaning before the next guests arrive. We didn't use the complimentary flip flops as they were dirty underneath, also the dressing gowns didn't smell fresh/clean!

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, it was spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly. We stayed for 4 nights and we had a room overlooking the sea and garden which was really nice and the room was so large so it could accommodate our suitcases and we still had lots of room. Shower space was great too and the balcony pool was such a lovely touch although it was cold it was nice after such a hot day in the sun. Breakfast was amazing too and they had so much choice. We also had dinner here one night and it was one of our best meals from our two week stay in Thailand. Pool area was great and really relaxing a plenty of sunbeds at both pools. Would definitely recommend, it was amazing value for money for the quality of the hotel and just a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach.
