Great location. Very helpful staff. Comfortable room with everything we needed.

Pet friendly hotel but some confusion about property accepting cats. Called ahead and they said that it was okay to bring our cat (kitten)but upon arrival was told they usually don’t accept cats. They did accommodate us with a $50 per stay pet fee that we new about ahead of time. But unfortunately we had to change rooms because we had only booked one night but like the hotel and decided to stay another 3 nights. So had to pay another $50 pet fee for new room. Then two days into our four day stay I mentioned something to the front desk person about our cat and was told we don’t take cats!!!

Convenient location, room very comfortable, refrigerator, microwave, pool. Staff was very accommodating.

The bed in our room needed a new mattress but was adequate. Pet policy needs to be clearer about what animals they accept. Staff was accommodating to us regarding our kitten that we were traveling with. However I had called ahead of our stay and they said they accepted cats with a $50 per stay fee. So I assumed there would not be an issue. Created a little stress. We did decide to stay at this hotel 3 more nights since they were accommodating to our kitten. We did have to move rooms and pay another $50 pet fee because our current room was not available for the next 3 nights. Staff was great about letting us into our new room early so we didn’t have to take everything back to our car till check in….

The bed and pillows were nice as was the bathroom. This may sound odd, but they actually had a place for me to prop up my legs to shave. Tired of looking like a fat flamingo or getting leg cramps when there isn't a place to prop my leg.

The lady during check-in looked at us like I ran over her kitten when we walked up to the desk. She wasn't friendly. The guy in the morning made up for it though.

Great breakfast and location. After I contacted Hilton about the late check in, the morning manager waived the pet fee.

Ridiculous $50 pet fee. The room wasn't ready until 45 minutes after it was supposed to be. The front desk associate passed it off as something we should overlook, because everyone's working short-handed these days. Our dog found two items, we know not what, after our room was allegedly being cleaned, from 4-4:45.

The location was very close to the Davidson River Park which was why we chose this hotel. It was very easy to get to the park. It was the perfect place for us to stay since we were in Brevard to visit the campground/park.

The breakfast wasn’t the best but it was adequate and we’re not big breakfast eaters. The coffee was okay but not great.

Nice and clean

The room we were in had two double beds which was not comfortable for two grown women in each bed. For breakfast one morning, the lady that was in charge of breakfast snapped rudely at me “I’m closed” when I asked her if there was any more waffle mixture. I really wondered how she could snap and be so rude when she just closed and I didn’t notice the time and people were still getting food. Just not the kind of service I would want coming from my hotel, at all! I would be embarrassed.

Everything was perfect for our mini vacation time. The mattress was very comfortable which is a big plus. The room was decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The breakfast was good; we did question if the scrambled eggs were real eggs. Plenty of breakfast items to choose from. The coffee was exceptional.

We really can't think of anything.

Clean, quiet, comfy beds, good location close to Pisgah national Forest. Also very nice free breakfast.

We joined the Hilton honors program to get certain benefits but we were told we had to be at a certain level before those benefits were a ailable.

The breakfast was very nice. The lady working it was also super helpful while keeping everything clean and stocked. The lobby was also very clean and inviting. The rooms were very nice with big bathrooms and plenty of storage.

Pool could have been better, but there was dry towels available and it satisfied my 3yo.

This was probably the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The staff was amazing. The hotel itself was extremely clean by far. The nicest Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in.
