The location, friendly staff, cleanliness,fantastic room and restraunt attached. I can not say enough good about this hotel. There were issues with parents not watching their own children but other than that this hotel was perfect!

That 15 to 20 small children were in the pool unsupervised and teenagers were climbing on the roof outside the pool area. Children were pushing all buttons on the elevator making guests stop on every floor. Cameras and staff should watch these area closer and ensure that parents are watching their kids or ask them to leave.

Excellent location and the room was pretty comfortable. Nice sitting area beside the reception. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful as well. Complementary morning coffee at the reception is nice for those who don't have time to stop by at the restaurant. I will stay here again!

No safe/lock box in the room which is pretty standard in most hotels nowadays. This is very important so I think this should be provided inside every room as an standard amenity.

The staff are amazing and helpful , the restaurant has excellent service and, I tried their signature checkin tender and they deserve to be a “signature”. It’s a walking distance from attractions

While sleeping and the bed/matters are super comfy and super clean, room/furniture AC, bathroom outdated and need renovations. Overpriced as it’s old

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was lovely. It was a beautiful place. It was quiet even though it was a weekend I. Enjoyed it. The staff is friendly. The people is for me. The room was comfortable and had good amenities…better than most. The location was convenient for us. The decorations were very pleasing.

It’s winter and there’s an indoor outdoor pool we could see from our room. There was water and lights on. I couldn’t see the entire interior but the outdoors section had debris in it.

I thought my reservation included breakfast. It did not. What was offered fir $14 ,per person did not seem worth it. We found a nice restaurant elsewhere. The staff eas very helpful and parking was convenient. The room was fine.

We could not get the coffee maker in the room to work.

Pool area was under reconstruction, and nobody told me this when I ordered this hotel over booking site. This was big mistake from booking staf because my priority for a hotel preferences was inside and outside pools.

Stayed with my daughter and grandchildren. The room was comfortable. The staff sad friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were excellent. We would definitely stay here again

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got our dinner from downstairs, and even though their restaurant is not fully open yet, the food was great. We ate it in our rooms and relaxed.

I really don't have any dislikes.

Great mattress

I checked with hotel in advance to confirm pool in good working order as that was a key amenity we wanted. Then arrived to find the pool under planned construction for a month. VERY FRUSTRATING!
