Stayed in 3 different rooms. All were clean and nice, but 209 overlooking the pool was decorated next level. I’d love to the offset lighting in the wall. The staff and restaurant were excellent. The facility was impeccable. I was there with a group of nine and everyone felt the same way. You guys really knocked it out of the park!

I cannot think of one single thing I didn’t like about the property. Although it would’ve been nice to have an ice machine on each floor so I didn’t have to go down to the main floor to get ice.

Proximity to the airport was great, but then the noise-proofing of the windows was amazing! Very little plane noise could be heard from our room which faced the runway. Having a restaurant and shops in the hotel itself was great, especially when arriving tired and you don’t want to take a taxi to a resistant or outside shops. Service in the restaurant was excellent! All wait staff were very welcoming and very fluent in English.

The pillows were all very soft and formless, there was not a mix of pillow types one might expect in an American chain like Hilton. There was a fire alarm that went off at 3:30am, waking us up. We were told that it was a real one, triggered by something. So on one hand, it’s great to know there are alarms and they work! On the other hand, it’s not fun being woken up when you’re exhausted.

The hotel was modern, very clean, beautifully decorated. I loved the gift shop! So many cute items. A little expensive on some items but that is expected. Good food and service at the restaurant. Fairly well equipped gym for a hotel: lots of hand held weights, a few aerobic machines, and two pulley machines for weight training. Great shuttle service, friendly driver! I stayed only for a day to connect to a group going to another province but if I return to Costa Rica, I would stay here again and take the tours to various places. The spa prices were good and if there is a next time, I'd definitely use the spa.

Proximity to Liberia airport and shuttle service was ideal. Rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. Garden pool area was surprisingly nice. Restaurant has a decent menu.

Don’t expect the staff to make any effort. Period. They clearly know that no one is there for the ‘experience’. The service at the restaurant for dinner was horrendous (although the guy at lunch was ok). Water pressure in shower is not good. AC worked well but was noisy. And there was this weird smoky smell - not sure if it was just the 5th floor or throughout but it almost smelled electrical.

Very clean, great staff, nice garden area, delicious breakfast, handy hotel shuttle, comfortable and clean bed & room. Quiet at night. I also liked the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

It was very quiet at night during sleeping but in the evening I could hear doors slamming shut from all over the building which was also vibrating my room. I know that my door also closed very firmly and loudly. I know this was just everyone going/ returning from dinner and evening activities so I was fortunate I wasn't trying to sleep during the day or early evening.

It is an ok hotel for the traveler that wants a generic hotel. It was clean and the most of the staff was friendly, facilities were clean, and the little stores within the hotel were useful.

Buffet was too expensive, and staff members in the restaurant were disorganized ( tables were not cleaned regularly, and if you were done eating, don’t expect the staff to remove your dishes - at least for a good while ( some did but most did not). Food was average.

I liked the pillows! And the beds were very comfortable. My iron did not work and within a few moments, after calling down,the front desk had one sent up.

We booked months and months ago and I was travelling with my kids, but our rooms were not adjacent. Both of our rooms were actually connected to other rooms so it would have been easy to give us connecting rooms.

shuttle service needs to be monitored for unscheduled passengers getting in line when not booked. Problem was we booked shuttle for 5:30 am and others weren’t booked but got into shuttle thus us having to wait until next shuttle arrived. Unbooked passengers should have been made to get out, book and wait for next shuttle rather than the people who booked as required.

The property was clean and the pool area was great. I checked in early and my room was not ready, but my luggage was stored quickly and I was able to head to the pool for the afternoon. Very close to the airport and the free shuttle had me there in under 10 minutes.

There is very little within walking distance of this location. The only option for dinner was the hotel restaurant which resulted in a very busy and chaotic atmosphere.

Location is great, pool nice, close to many beaches, in front of airport, also close to Liberia.

Just two issues. I mainly chose this hotel because it has a EV charger, but you have to ask the front desk to enable it and sometimes it take 30min or 1 hour for someone to enable it. Also, the restaurant is not the best. In my 4 day stay, had issues in 3 of them. The items in the menu do not match with the actual plate or it changes from day to day. Even if the order didnt match with what I ordered and I didnt eat it and complained, the server response was: “oh yeah we get this a lot” and wouldnt even discount the cost. Overall, the menu is not good, not too many options. Next time I will just eat elsewhere
