A really nice, quiet area, nice house, basic but everything we needed. Felt very safe in this area and easy access with the key safe, handy for Ashford international train station and fairly close to town, nice pub and a couple of shops within walking distance. When we had a problem with the boiler they arranged for an electrician to come out within the hour on a Saturday night to fix it, responded to my messages right away to sort the problem when I contacted them.

We stayed there to go to a family wedding, and when we got there the iron did not work and the boiler was not working so there was no hot water which made things really difficult, however the boiler was fixed quickly. Showers not great - one could only be used if not very tall and other if very slim and the pressure was not great in that one, there was a bath though.

Space was perfect. The house was clean and the host was friendly and very accommodating. Lovely location as well. Corner shop around the corner too. Highly recommended. We'll definately be back.

the down stairs shower didn’t work the downstairs lights didn’t work for couple days there’s a leak from the upstairs shower which filled a lightbulb the toilet upstairs isn’t fixed down there’s no hot water to wash the pots wouldn’t recommend.

When you first walk in it looks modern. Decent decoration. Good location.

Toaster was not working. Oven and grill was extremely dirty, Ground floor shower was extremely small and tight, not suitable for a large person at all. The upstairs shower was not suitable for a tall person. I struggled to stand properly. The water pressure was awful The sound proof terrible. There was a problem with the pipes as we used the shower downstairs the middle of the carpet became wet. The property was designed in a very cheap way to increase the value of the house but sadly once your in, you realise that it’s not worth a penny to spend
