The decor was pleasing and apart from the shower cubicle nice and clean.

The breakfast is a bit misleading as a resident. The prices on the menu are not what you pay if you are staying at the hotel. The prices are for people just dropping in for breakfast. It is £10.99 per person regardless of what you order. I had poached eggs on toast and my partner had a small breakfast but we could have both had a large breakfast for the same price! This could have been explained before ordering. The location is a bit out of town, in the middle of a housing estate, 10 minute walk away up/down a hill so not so good if you struggle with walking.xplained this upon arrival or before ordering.

Beautiful, spacious room with huge ensuite. Very friendly team from checking in to drinks later in the bar. Would recommend the restaurant for evening meals and breakfast was fab. Parking on site was a bonus.

The room was absolutely icy cold. No radiators on and the windows were open to air the room. We went out but it took hours to warm up and then still had to sleep with socks on hours later. Noisy at night with heavy doors banging shut and people talking outside the rooms. You can hear the breakfast music from downstairs in your room.

Room was very clean and the whole accommodation area was very well decorated. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. It is pointless my commenting on the food; I overheard a table of grumpy men complaining about their burgers and the waitress telling them that the chef was new in and was intending to run a whole new menu from the following week. (We were there in early June 2024.) There is plenty of car parking which is not a struggle to use. The WiFi worked fine and did not disconnect you every hour.

The restaurant was closed at short notice on one of the evenings that we were there. (I recognise that this is not useful info for other visitors.) Our room was quite small. We were OK with it, but I have travelled with people who have grumbled about rooms of that size. Location is in the middle of an area if inter-war housing; the historic centre of Bridgnorth is about 1km stroll away --- this is the price you pay for having convenient parking, I guess.

Very easy to find, lots of parking, immediately when walking in the place is beautiful and clean and the staff were extremely welcoming. Allowed us slightly early check in due to a wedding we had, and we unbelievably accommodating! Went above and beyond! Rooms were beautiful and very clean, very comfy stay, night and quiet and breakfast was brilliant. Staff in the morning also very friendly and a pleasure to have stayed there!

Loved every bit of the stay.

The breakfast was excellent. My partner ordered the large full English breakfast and I chose the small option. All cooked to perfection and really enjoyed it. There were also fruit and cereal choices but we didn't have those. Staff were friendly and professional.

The only issue was the plug in the bathroom sink wouldn't open for the water to drain. However we did mention this to the staff.

The breakfast was excellent, the quality of the food and the service were brilliant. The Inn is located within easy walking distance of the town centre and all its amenities.

Breakfast is not served until 8am each morning which is a bit later than I would prefer. Also its a shame that they dont make the cost of breakfast clearer for residents which is cheaper when compared to the cost for anyone popping in to eat.

I like the property Very nicely renovated Room was Wrong & had to move when a water issue occurred. Some of the staff were excellent Tom assistant manager Spot on dealt with any issues Julie The Housekeeper Always helped out with everything

No staff on one morning/ day to sort breakfast & left without it & had to move room when got a water leak (staff sorted & gave us a free drink )

The staff were very friendly, the Inn was very clean and welcoming. I could imagine in winter it would be lovely and cosy with their log burners and comfy chairs and settees. Room was a nice size with tea and coffee provided in room. Breakfast was included in our price with a good selection to choose from.

The bed was comfy but a little low for me. We were on top floor so alot of stairs. But I'm sure you could request lower floor.

This is our second stay at the woodberry, within 5 minutes walking distance into town. We were attending a wedding at another hotel, I called a week earlier to ask if the room would be available earlier than check-in time to change into our wedding outfits, the hotel said they would try their best & did, it was ready on arrival. They were also very helpful with taxi booking to the other hotel & gave us local taxi numbers & advised us to book ASAP which we did, there wasn't much availability. The room was modern & very clean although smaller than we previously had but it was only to get changed & sleep as we we out all day/night. Breakfast was delicious, cereals, full English & coffee. Staff were all friendly & professional.Definitely recommend!

Nothing to dislike!

It was a wonderful stay. The ambience was lovely with a warm welcome from the staff. The food was great, and the prices reflected the quality. The garden was brilliant too it's a nice addition to the premises.

It was a wonderful stay that was only knocked down on the scoring by the kettle wasn't working, and the mattress was a little uncomfortable as u could feel some of the springs while lying down other than that it was a lovely stay x
