Checking in was easy. Front desk receptionist were kind, pleasant and very informative. Lobby area was nice, had a seating area to relax. The bar was very nice, I wish the pool table was available for use all day. Housekeepers were very nice. Great location, the nearby stores and eatery was a plus. Breakfast was excellent, I enjoyed the variety of options. I liked that there was more than 1 staff attending to the breakfast line to ensure that everything was well stocked and clean. I took notice that the kitchen staff continued to stock up even when breakfast hours were almost over. Nearby parking was perfect.

The room I booked was a bit small but overall it was okay.

Good breakfast. Quiet room. Comfy bed. A good working chair. Fully equipped kitchen. A lot of storage space. 15 minutes to SJC airport. Target shop is in 3 minutes walk. CVS pharmacy is in 1 minute walk. Shop@First mall is just across with a lot of places to eat. A big parking lot, however I heard that it is not safe.

Free breakfast was excellent

EV charging - need more adapters and clear guidelines on time usage. We were told adapter was being used and to return later. Came back 2 hours later & then told adapter not available for rest of night. Left hotel and paid for charging. Upon our return, told adapter was available. Frustrating experience.

This hotel was perfect for the short stay we had. Room was a good size and had everything we needed; mini-fridge, microwave, complimentary coffee and tea, a desk, a safe and a small closet. The bed was very comfortable and we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel was located about 35 minutes walk from Levi's Stadium.

Still have a hard time with hotels charging parking for their guests.

I had an issue with the credit card I used they don't accept green dot cards even though there was more than enough to pay for everything. My room was downgraded to a smaller suite. Booking.com should NOT have taken my payment.

1. the breakfast is great. 2. the room is big, clean and quiet. 3. the check-in and check-out are smooth 4. sufficient parking, 17 dollars per day 5. the location is good, with CVS and a lot of dining options

The room was modern, spotlessly clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bar area was good and with a pool table which we thought was an unusual facility in this type of hotel. Although we didn’t use the pool the area look clean and tidy. Breakfast was both hot and cold food. The quality and choice was very good. The location was great for the 49 ers stadium, 5 mins down the road, and good for Apple Park, Google Plex, etc.

The air-con in the room was noisy.

The location was perfect and breakfast was amazing.

The room had a scent that was a little bothersome and it came from the shaded blind in the main living room. The toilet only flushed once every ten minutes and made it awkward for all of us. The bar is closed on weekends which is weird.

Great location, with restaurants all around. Very close to Levi stadium!!! Room great with microwave and fridge for convenience

No shampoo or conditioner at the room, air conditioning just straight into my face by night

The breakfast was delicious I enjoyed the fresh fruit. I do wish they would bring the omelette bar back. Room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, we came back from our day trip our room was clean housekeeping did a great job.
