1. Services from staff. Friendly and an organised team. 2. All requests were fulfilled, including a baby chair in the room. 3. Breakfast was delicious with a unique presentation. 4. The bed was super comfy, and the room booked was spacious for 2 adults and an infant. 5. Convenient buggy transfer around the area. 6. Nice and clean beach and facilities.

1. Ants and spiders were observed in the room. 2. some water proofing improvements are needed in the bathroom to prevent water from splashing out. 3. Minor noise from the ceiling or building, even during midnight. 4. Some furniture like the chair(unstable), fridge (leaking water), need enhancements. 5. No covered car park available.

Good spread for breakfast. Enjoyed the lunch at Turmeric. Overall the staff was very attentive and efficient. Beach was awesome....so close by and water was crystal clear. Kudos to all for the excellent job!

Lunch at Sea Fire and Salt was badly infested with flies. Was a very stressful meal :( Hv given a few suggestions to the staff in waiting and hopefully it will be a better experience the next time around for us. The selections at Observatory Bar was nice but the Cheese and charcuterie board could be done better (basically it was all the items from breakfast). Crackers were pathetic :(

Loved my stay overall. The staff were good, the property is clean and peaceful. For people who would like to have some quiet time with family I would totally recommend. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Had a bit of hiccups at day one of my stay with my request of king size bed not looked into (important for me with a child that co-sleep, but was rectified on day 2. There are not much options when it comes to having lunch and dinner, even if u plan to look for options outside the property.

Pre trip and check in communications were efficient and effective. Excellent customer service when check-in. From porter to front desk staff, everyone was so welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised for the early check in. They had given simple decoration i our room for my spouse's birthday upon request. We appreciate that very much. Breakfast was very nice. Good varieties for my family.

Room & toilet doors seemed aged. There was odour from the toilet drainage. Outdoor dining experiences were unfortunately affected by beach flies for our afternoon tea and dinner at the beach restaurant. There were much lesser flies' disturbances at our breakfast table.

Rooms: Clean, comfortable, spacious. Really appreciate them topping up the complimentary bar fridge and snacks everyday! Food: Excellent selection for breakfast. As it was low season and weather was really cooling and windy, the entire ambience was really relaxing.

Observatory Bar - the drinks and cocktails can be better. Perhaps it is the skills level of the bartender. I would have loved if they serve nuts to go with the drinks we ordered. It would have certainly made us want to order more drinks!

i enchance my stay to the pool villa i feels like very old inside is room ok consider clean but outside looks very old and dirty my wife say the grass thr like long time no take care overall lower than my expectations the living room downstair is diff from photo look luxury but very simple old furniture the photo looks the villa very new but actually very old The check in very slow around 20-30mins they ask me go watch the views and have some simple snack and malay style cheap dessert waste my time make my wife blame on me no time go for swimming on the day i check in we had to wake up early on 2nd day for swimming and rush for check out before 12

I have rarely experienced such an outstanding service. - The breakfast was amazing (quality of the food, choice, ...). - The food in the Turmeric restaurant is very good and at a reasonable price. - The beach is amazing: very quiet, no rocks in the water.

Very cosy hotel with a great ambience. Staff provided highly responsive and impeccable service from the heart.

The bus shuttle service (perhaps beyond the control of the hotel) is unreliable. Buses will either be late or not turn up at all. Be prepared for excuses such as engine failure or "you have missed the bus timing" despite being 45-minutes early!

I had the most amazing 4D3N stay, it's the perfect amount of time to enjoy every little bit of the resort. Breakfast buffet was good, the dinner buffet and ala carte at Turmeric was tasty, the lamb is really good. Staff were really nice and accommodating. We got the premier corner room and it has a nice walkway/balcony that wraps around the whole room, the interior furniture is so nice and super spacious. My now-fiance proposed to me during our trip and it made it even more memorable! Some may say the prices are high, but you get what you paid for. I will be definitely be coming back in the future.

Nothing major but could be areas of improvements : housecleaning may be a bit slow at times. Requested for 3 pillows but it took multiple reminders to the housekeeping team, but still managed to get it on the same day!

Lovely property with lots of facilities and spaces for the family. Large interconnecting rooms which is ample space for families, great pools, beach access, kids club and staff was great and nice food in the restaurants. We tried the spa and had lovely treatments with the visiting therapist and the spa staff. Fantastic beach side buffet and party for NYE with fireworks.
