Perfect place to stay in Beauly. Huge rooms, brilliant, welcoming, friendly and positive staff. Particular thanks go to Kate. Rarely on my travels do I meet someone who clearly enjoys their job, who is so proactive and helpful it kind of takes you a little by surprise. What a superb ambassador for the Priory and I can’t praise her enough. Kate’s approach, personality and professionalism made my stay. Please pass on my our sincere thanks. Brilliant.

Parking as a hotel guest at busy periods is problematic. Had to drive around for 30 minutes to be able to park and retire to our rooms. Even then we were lucky. Staff at times seem to be overwhelmed during busy periods and tbh I felt a bit sorry for them.

It is a Scottish pub with accommodation. It doesnot have dedicated parking but there are some spaces on a small squarein front of the pub which are free of charge. I was an older single traveller. My room was comfortable with en suite. However shower is above the bath. I had a little difficulty getting into and out of the bath to have a shower. In room houswkeeping was done daily and to a high standard. Beauly is adelightful lovely village.

Other than bath/shower issue, weather could have been better - hotel can't help that though! Driving on Scottish roads! Again beyond hotel's remit but seriously Scotland you can do much better than what you have.

Conveniently located in the center of town close to restaurants and a grocery store. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Was glad to have a fan in the room as it was hot outside. Staff was friendly and gave us options for laundry.

The room and hallways are in need of a makeover. The 2 chairs in the suite are so worn and faded, they look as though they are from the 70's. I would have expected to at least have a mini-fridge in a suite.

Nice location. Good value. Great staff. Nice restaurant. We stayed here in summer and our room was on the west side of the hotel on the upper floor. They provided a fan, but room was very hot in the evenings. The shower water is also heated (no cool water). It cooled off again by morning. Ok, if staying out late. It is very cool outside. The room just absorbs the heat.

Twin room was wonderfully spacious, clean and comfortable. We were at the front of the hotel which you would normally think would be noisy but this was not the case during our stay over the Easter Weekend. The breakfast was lovely and we were able to get just what we wanted. All the staff were lovely and could not do enough to help. We loved our stay and will be booking again :)

There isn't anything I didn't like! I could see parking maybe being an issue when the town is very busy but you have to work with that in a town centre hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff in ALL departments. From the reception staff, waiting staff and house staff. ALL friendly and most helpful.

A very relaxed environment. Food excellent from a simple scone and jam to lovely home-made steak pie with all the trimmings. Extensive and varied menus from breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner. Oh yes! There's an 'all day' menu too. You'll never go hungry.

We had lunch when we arrived in restaurant which was great and definitely value for money.Staff helpful and very officient.No long wait for our food.Same at breakfast.Big menu for breakfast,can’t fault the food at all,or the staff

We booked a superior king size room.It was large but tired and didn’t reflect the modern room shown on your website.ie bathroom.It was fine for a one night stay and we requested an earlier check in which they accommodated us with for an extra £20

Good food and good selection at fairly reasonable prices (was expecting it to be more expensive). Enjoyed the breakfast which was a combination of self service and waitress/waiter. Staff really helpful and friendly. Room overlooked the carpark and main street so was little noisy at times but this did disappear after 11:00pm.

Only niggle was that the room was quite warm; a fan was provided nod it would definitely be needed in much warmer weather.

We came by motorcycle. Everything was great! We'd love to stay here again if you'll have us?

Beauly is not a big place. Campbell's was good and we spend a few pounds there but you may want to think about some 'other' in house entertainment to make up for a small town. Games room? I know the pub has a pool table but it feels local and not part of the hotel so some people won't be as comfortable in the pub.

As described on most of trip advisors comments we got a friendly welcome our room and en suite were very nice and the room was nice and warm the rest was very good IE the bar the food the friendly staff the breakfast was excellent with a very good selection 😋. We would stay again 😃

The towel rail in the en suite didn't work room 15 that was the only slight downside
