The location was perfect. Very close to the train station. Alison was a lovely host and the b&b is excellent value. The dram of whiskey in the room was an excellent touch. I had to leave early on the train before breakfast started but I was provided with a packed lunch to take with me which was very kind. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone staying in Dingwall whether on holiday or for anyone doing an away day to watch Ross County which is less than a 10 minute walk away.

The only thing I'd have changed was that my room wasn't an en suite but I did book at short notice and the bathroom was right across the hall. Otherwise no faults at all and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We stayed for a one night lay-over of our road trip. The b&b was easy to find on the map and when we arrived the host made sure to find a spot for us to park the car. The bedroom was nice, cozy and clean, as well as the bathroom, with all the facilities (make up remover included). The host, Allison, was adorable; in fact I requested a gluten free breakfast and she provided me with gf bread and cereals, she asked what we would like to have for breakfast at our arrival and the morning after she prepared scramble eggs, bacon, sausages and porridge, just as we requested. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Alison was the perfect host and has created an exceptionally comfortable guest house for travellers. Many extra touches, like slippers and dressing gowns to name but one, have been considered. Our ensuited room was spacious with a street view,. Although on a fairly busy road, the traffic noise at night was very minimal. Off-street tandem parking is available in her driveway. Alison offers a tremendous breakfast of both continental and freshly cooked produce. I would highly recommend Urrad BnB if it's on your travel route.

Tandem parking could be a bit of an issue if other guests are staying, but it didn't cause us any problems.

The property was in a good location, close to the high street, station and a bus stop. It was beautifully presented and had everything that you could possibly need and some!! Bed was comfortable, everything was lovely and clean. There was a huge selection of tea, coffee in the room and even a coffee machine. There was some sort of shortbread that looked homemade? Individual biscuits, fluffy towels, earplugs, hairdryer and straighteners (I needed these after 5 hours in a convertible!) dressing gowns and slippers, plus a ‘wee dram’ in the room! the breakfast choice was fresh fruit, cereals, full Scottish breakfast with toast, tea or coffee and orange juice.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

My pre-arranged late arrival at 10pm was no problem. Alison, the hostess, couldn't have been nicer or more obliging. Very comfortable bed with extra pillows and blankets to hand, nice toiletries, and a wee bit of cake and a malt whisky made for a nice personal welcome. You certainly won't leave hungry – guests get a very good, substantial breakfast, and you can choose which items you want – and when you want to eat – from an order form the evening before.

Very slight mix-up over late check-in that only arose because the host went out of her way to be helpful. Otherwise warm, welcoming and absolutely nothing to complain about!

I was upgraded on arrival. Very nice, comfortable room with en suite facilities. It was the really little things that added up to make this an absolutely great stay. There were plush robes, and slippers. A wee dram of whisky on the mantlepiece. Then I discovered the "millionaire shortbread" not one piece but two. I'm almost certain it was homemade too. Breakfast was fresh, and hot, and I really liked having my food served in a warm plate.

There was nothing to dislike.

We loved the b&b: plentiful, freshly prepared breakfast to your liking (fresh fruits and eggs to order were a big hit with us). Comfy rooms, with all (!) amenities and big nice bed. Easy parking for free, either at the side of the b&b or one street behind. Restaurants either in walking distance of a few minutes by car. And very friendly and helpful hostess Alison. We went back after our visit to Thurso and hope we'll be back in the future.

B&b is on busy street: especially with room on streetside earplugs (provided!) were helpful. Not something to stop us from coming back.

Everything! The room was lovingly decorated and comfortable with an excellent shower in the bathroom. Alison is a great hostess, super friendly and her breakfasts are so plentiful, you don't have to eat for the rest of the day! The welcome dram of whisky was very much appreciated by my husband, I loved the little pieces of welcome cake. Could not fault it at all and will definitely recommend it!

An immaculate place to stay. We had a lovely room, comfortable bed which had so many thoughtful touches from the millionaires shortbread (delicious) to the whiskey. The bathroom was clean, and the dressing gown so useful. In addition a very good breakfast was included. It's on quite a busy road but that didn't bother us, and earplugs were provided. A perfect place to stay flying in or out of Inverness.

Nothing

The Hostess was friendly and the breakfast very good. For the price we paid the accommodation was perfectly acceptable though the room and bathroom were small. We felt that the premises needed some renovation. The gift of a glass of scotch was a nice touch.

Parking was not really on site - though we were offered a space up an adjacent driveway, this was no nearer than the next door car park.
