Everything about the hotel including the staff and guests were amazing. One very small complaint is the hotel sign said no one under 18 allowed, and Saturday night it was full of kids, I couldn't get in it myself. Also needs an additional step, my mom is a bit older and she needs help to get in as well as get out, which we were unable to due without much difficulty she was not able to stand and hand to lay down I had to get a guest to pick her up off the floor, he also helped her to sit down, he was absolutely amazing. So that extra step will make it where the older generation can also enjoy

Just the fact that the guest did not follow the rules for the hot tub, and the fact it's very difficult to get in and out of the hot tub. Also wouldn't hurt to have a railing going into pool

The fact that I was a local they charged $250 deposite., And automatically put it on hold, causing that money to be on hold an additional 3-5 days before going back to my card. I was told that the reason for such deposit was because locals were more likely to destroy a hotel room than an out of state visitors. Not everyone that rents rooms are actually still living out of state. So I really feel that it's not fair.. That policy should change. Make it across the board if you gonna charge that kind of money .

It was a pleasant surprise, the pictures didn't do the place justice. The courtyard was very nice, with its pool, jacuzzi, and bar. Not to mention restrooms down in the courtyard so guests wouldn't have to go back to their rooms. The hot breakfast was nice, and the hotel was near a lot of stores and restaurants.

The only issue was the WIFI was almost nonexistent. I tried connecting my tablet to watch one of my steaming services, and it kept saying check signal. The TV couldn't make it through a single show without freezing or repeating a 15 sec loop. Which you would have to call some one, wait till they got to your room, and reset the box.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. My grandson brought his PS5 and we couldn’t get it to work, so the nice guy from the front desk came to our room and worked with it until he got it to connect and he was so patient and friendly. That meant a lot to us! He saved the night lol

Facility was clean, breakfast was good and staff were excellent. It was also very affordable.

One of the elevators was not working and the hot tub was shut down for awhile. Also, the website advertised that it was only 3 miles from the cruise port and it was much farther away than that.

Lovely central courtyard, very clean bedroom and bathroom, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff, early breakfast times.

Some light pollution from the courtyard throughout the night, some minor noise some patrons in the courtyard in the evening, but not bad.

Loved the pool and bar area. Staff was wonderful and very informative about New Orleans conditions for safety. I used an Uber for going to the French Quarter tours, comparable procing and great experience. The room was Exceptional!! Im gonna have to say, "This is the Best Hotel I have ever stayed at"

The pool cleaning, i had planned a relaxed day, but the pool was out of commission.

The value for money here is unreal. The place is clean, comfy, spacious and the staff are great. An uber only costs $20 to get over the bridge and into the busy zones - and what about the breakfast included? It's a no-brainer to stay here, and we will definitely do so again when we return.

The TV stopped working a couple times, but that's not the fault of the hotel. Bring your own Firestick, it can be plugged into the TV no problem.

I did not get to eat the breakfast due to having to leave early for work. The room was great. The amount of storage was excellent and the location was perfect.

some staff is rude, some Bar tenders didn't wash hands or use gloves, Didn't know how to make a drink properly. hot tub hours should be 24hrs for adults only. Housekeeping needs to only knock on door at check out time, not before check out that is rude. Noisy guest.
