Bathroom paint/ceiling was cracked/messy, etc. I also didn't like that they advertised free parking on the website, but when you get there to check in they've got a sign saying they will charge you for parking. I NEVER stay at a hotel that charges for parking. Had I'd known I would have NEVER booked the room. But I had no options when I got there. That really put a sour taste in my mouth about this hotel. I won't be going back. Nice hotel though. I just didn't like the old "bait and switch."

Staffs are wonderful. Tho they have limited breakfast selections, they were delicious.

Hotels we stayed in the past have AC issues. And then again, we cannot control the room temp. It was 74 degrees and we were not able to set it to comfortable temp we usually have at home. It was hot in that room for bed time.

The location was great, the rooms were very nice. The staff checked in several times making sure we were satisfied. The pool was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Definitely a top notch run place.

Hotel location was just the area we needed to be. Staff was great.

I realize that it was a holiday, but was a little disappointed that the breakfast was basically cereal and bagels.

This particular Hampton had fewer items available for breakfast also parking was limited due to the parking lot being full of construction equipment.

SuSy was very helpful with helping us to find directions to our next location.

The room was too cold when we arrived.

I liked the location of the room and layout, very cozy and simple. All amenities worked properly and were in good, clean conditions. Staff was very helpful, patient, and kind when dealing with everything between booking to when I left.

No towel rack by the sink, hadn’t realized this before washing my hands but was able to use the shower handle towel.

The front desk help was professional and helpful. She greeted me with smiles and help, even recommending a pizza place DANTES for dinner!

All was fine other than construction work

Friendly staff, super welcoming. It was my first time taking advantage of the complimentary breakfast. Delicious!
