My dog was very comfortable in pet friendly accommodations. The housekeeping staff was amazing, especially Tacy. We really appreciated all her assistance. We would stay there again in the future.

I didn't like that not all of the owners would pick up after their dogs, like we did. The mattresses had stains on them. Microwaves were supposed to be in the rooms. However, not all rooms had them.

This is a relatively new facility with bright and airy rooms. Wifi was OK wo any interruptions in connectivity, There is a killer full menu restaurant (O;Brady's) that is on the edge of the hotel's parking lot that is very reasonable. Overall, very comfortable.

Snarly front desk clerk that has difficulty handling more than one thing at a time, Made the reservation for the first floor for medical reasons that was not honored even though our request had been confirmed. We were told that everything was on a "first come, first served basis". Got the impression that a request is nothing more than an annoyance and not to be taken seriously. Not sure if we would return.

It was located right in the middle of town so the location was very convenient. All the basics were readily available and easy to access. Everything was in good working order. It was quiet and comfortable despite being in a high traffic area.

All the basics were there but there wasn't anything extra that would make me excited to come again.

Rooms were clean, the pool was a nice addition, and the location was good.

The security could have been better. There was a few times my partner visited and went down to ask for an extra key to the room, and although his name was not on the room they asked zero questions and gave him a key. It’s scary that anyone could just go ask and get a key to anyone’s room!

Breakfast?

All exterior entrances to the corridors of rooms were supposedly locked, and it was clearly posted that your electronic room key was to be used to open those doors from the outside. EVERY such door was zip-tied “open”! That is an egregious security breach, a safety risk for all customers. Who zip-tied those doors? Why? Did you know?

Idaho Falls is a great city with friendly people, great bike paths, plus a river walk with artsy sculptures and benches, Head west to Craters of the Moon national park and/or east to Grand Teton national park. Both are fantastic and not overly crowded.

Perhaps there could be night tables on both sides of the king bed.

They don't have Breakfast and booking com says they have breakfast. They need to lower their room price since they don't serve breakfast

The location is great right off the highway! Plenty of places to eat near by and parking was good. The air conditioner worked great.

The property needs a major upgrade. The door jam with the safety latch was loose in my room (had to set it back in place) and the room smelled like dog.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

I don't know. No stairs? I did not specify that when I made the reservation and I was just really really tired. So, no stairs, is my laziness talking.

Very friendly reception from Heather who was great and very helpful. Please note that it is no longer Motel 6 since it has been sold and for about a month has been the Hilltop Motel (although the Motel 6 signage is still there). The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable.

The beds sat on wooden bases and the mattresses could move about a bit. This was a minor niggle though.
