The apartment has a very convenient location – close to the historic city centre, public transport, and grocery stores. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, understanding, and always willing to assist. They provided useful information both about the city and day-to-day matters. The apartment layout is excellent – well thought out design and plenty of space for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking. However, plates, mugs, glasses, and cutlery were missing on arrival and had to be requested separately. It’s important to specify the quantity needed when asking, as these items are not provided by default. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, but toilet paper also had to be requested.

Not all rooms have wardrobes or a place to hang clothes, which can be inconvenient for stays longer than two days. It would be wonderful if basic hand soap was available on site – people usually bring their own shower gel and shampoo, but don’t think to pack hand soap. A small suggestion to housekeeping: it would be great to occasionally vacuum under the beds and behind the doors, as these spots can easily be missed.

It was clean and warm, close to town. Staff were very welcoming.

Hottub bath jets weren’t cleaned. When turning on had dirt come out of the jets.

Location is great. It's so near to Forster Square train station and the city centre (easy walking distance). Quiet location too in that it wasn't too isolated but also didn't have a massive amount of noise from other guests or external surroundings. Check-in/check-out was smooth and staff are on hand 24/7 via text service.

The bathroom could do with a disability handle on the wall as the lack of it meant I couldn't use the jacuzzi bath for fear of not being able to get out afterwards which was a MAJOR let-down as this was the main attraction when booking. It also had quite a string paint smell as though it had been freshly painted for my stay especially as all the windows were open. Sadly, I had to close these as it was too cold to keep them open.

I stayed at Fletcher Apartments last minute after arriving at the accommodation I had previously booked and feeling unsafe. The staff at Fletcher were amazing- always contactable, responding at lightning speed to anything I asked or needed, and knowing they were at hand 24 hours a day made me feel really secure, especially as I arrived back late each night due to work. The apartment was beautiful, incredibly clean, comfortable and stylish. I was given a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom apartment rather than the studio I had booked- which also meant I had a jacuzzi bath which was a lovely treat. Location was also great, right near the city centre.

Unfortunately, allegedly due to previous guests stealing anything that is not hard furnishings, the kitchen is not very well equipped for cooking. The staff did their best to provide me with a couple pans, a chopping board etc and I did ok, but just a heads up if you are staying for longer you might struggle to cook a proper meal (no knives, baking trays, tea towel/oven gloves). The team did however do their best to help me out so that was appreciated!

Clean, Spacious & Modern. Loved the little touches such as the fireplace, neon lights and mood lighting, which all added to the apartment feeling extremely homely. Staff are incredible

Staff were not present when we came to check in, but they had us sorted in less than 10mins. Would recommend letting them know when you are on your way. ☺️

We’ve stayed there several times over the years, but decor is starting to look worn. The carpet was dirty and place not well equipped especially the kitchen. No hair dryer and ran out of toilet paper - so bought our own.

The accommodation was very good, staff very polite and courteous and they are generally responsive. The location of the accommodation was very good for travellers to Bradford for whatever purpose. It is highly recommended.

Nothing that dispeased me.

Great communication with staff. Accessibility to property and room. Near centre so shopping and groceries were close by. Setup bangon. Everything spotless also were happy to facility baby cot bed all setup when we arrived. Towels bedding all more than enuff bed and sofa bed comfortable.

Little issue with WiFi at times but thats wereva you these days. Little struggle at entrance with pram. Only stairs as you walk into reception would be great if had a slope so prams and wheelchairs can easily enter. But that's about it really.

It was in the perfect area, close to city centre, and lots halal food places around. Staff were brilliant, tended to all needs ASAP. I lost a very expensive chain, called the following day, and they called me back, and they found it and put it aside for when I can pick. Amazing service. Would recommend. And will definitely be booking again when in Bradford.

no breakfast served, it is an apartment not a hotel. The lift was fine and the premises was very clean. The response to most but not all requests were prompt too

It took days to get the cleaner to come and clean the apartment. Also, the shower in the bathroom was not working well, we lodged a complaint about it. Until we checked out of the apartment two weeks later, it was not attended to. The maintenance man never came.
