The decor and layout once in side the apartment felt worlds apart from the building itself. The hot tub decor and lighting was lovely. I paid extra to get the a roses package as it was a birthday surprise and on arrival it was all well presented. Having free parking was also great.

The actual building it self is not what I expected. Buildings a bit tatty and run down from the outside but once in side the apartment itself was lovely and cosy. Down side had to pay a deposit on site which was not a problem but been waiting for it to be refunded after I was told be refunded the same day. But terms and conditions state 7days which I'm waiting out. Also there was damage present inside the property fag burns on carpet and damage on the sofa from previous. My Mrs also found fake eyelash attached to one of the towels. That said we enjoyed the stay overall but ensure you read terms and conditions fully.

Our second stay here, loved the room glow up. Staff were friendly explained everything, quick easy check in. We had a garden view room with access to outside without having to go through main entrance. There is parking available and property has great access to local shops, restaurants and Bradford interchange.

Not too much of a moan...when we went to use the hot tub there was no hot water, the shower was also freezing. We were told to wait 1 hrs 30mins for it to reheat when previously we never had this issue and this should be made clear to guests to avoid confusion, apart from that no complaints.

The room we stayed on was amazing and met my expectations, I booked the £30 anniversary package and was not disappointed when we entered the room. The host were amazingly helpful and they have only just taken over the property. The renovations have already started to bring an already good venue up to much more higher standards and will look forward to returning once they have been completed 🙃

Read the small print! I was not expecting to be told 24 hours before we were due to stay that there is a £100 safety/damage deposit to be paid. It was refunded as we left but was really confused when I was told about this. Maybe my own fault though for not reading the small print 🫢🤣

the jacuzzi was amazing, everything worked perfectly

there was a strong smell of weed as people from a different apartment were smoking outside

Staff were very helpful Apartment was very clean and such a cosy space

The balloons kept popping during the night stay Also the radiator kept making loud clicking noise. Also we had people on the street racing and police going past

Very beautifully decorated, can tell some real thought, care and attention has been put into setting the place up so it’s relaxing and comfy!

Absolutely loved the apartment and an amazing way for a getaway

Property was amazing. Hot tub was lovely but it got a bit stuffy due to lack of cold air flow. Just didn’t like the 2pm clock in but the staff was wonderful and allowed us to clock in a bit earlier

Easy check In, comfortable rooms . Good parking, jacuzzi and sauna was a great touch , although it was it could have been a bit bigger , but overall had a nice evening there. I will return in the future

Absolutely everything about this place is amazing. From coming in the staff are the most outgoing loveliest people you'll meet. Such a pleasure seeing them. To the rooms which are 💯 cosy warm intimate relaxing really chilling.

There's nothing to not like.

I loved everything! The space in this jacuzzi was amazing. The way the apartment is done up is just BEAUTIFUL! Not what I was expecting at all. I can’t wait to book my trip to Bradford and stay in this room again
