Stayed here for my 13 year anniversary. The location was easy to find, private off road parking for your security! Stunning apartment you can tell a lot of thought went into it! Not only did it LOOK amazing it SMELLED amazing too! Lovely informative host who provided a video of everything you needed to know! Communication was top notch! Loved being able to adjust the temperature to my liking and the fan in the bedroom was an awesome addition. Upon checkout my Damage deposit was immediately refunded. I also forgot my handbag which cleaners informed the host who contacted me to let me know! Super appreciated. Really lovely stay it’s everything you could want and more! ☺️

People in other apartments little noisy when they went out the main door and their apartment door was still slamming past 1.30am however this is through no fault of the host whatsoever.

Absolutely stunning property, have stayed twice now. Hosts are some of the most lovely and accommodating people I’ve ever met, nothing was an issue for them, any special requests we made was fulfilled with no questions asked. Now the property itself is finished to such a high quality the only disappointing thing was having to go home. Bathroom with the jacuzzi bath was the highlight for us, absolutely recommend! Everything you could need in walking distance, beautiful park right outside the doorstep. 11/10. If you’re looking for a luxurious apartment to stay 100% this is the place for you! Me and my partner had an amazing time here can’t wait to return for our third time!

Having to go home.

I liked that there is literally nothing to dislike whatsoever. I cannot even slightly fault anything. I've had multiple stays too and the standard is constantly first class every time. I've stayed in lots of places, many of them have been absoloutley fantastic in every way but what's been achieved here and the continued upkeep of the standards is on a level all by itself. The size of the apartments are something else, the customer service and professionalism, cleanliness, interior design, seamless checking in and out, pre heated apartment for your arrival, amazing Jacuzzis and the list goes on. Words don't actually do it justice, you have to experience it for yourself. I initially booked one nights stay and was still here for night 3. I returned again a couple of days later which I've never done anywhere before but this place just gets you and you benefit from the obvious care and attention that's been invested throughout. Prepare to be amazed!!

Having to leave to be honest

WOW where do I start! First of all the apartment was immaculate and beautifully presented. All facilities were high standard and we automatically felt at home. Bobsy who welcomed us was so kind and down to earth he automatically makes you feel so safe and at home and he's genuinely a really canny person. The property is very secure and safe with its cctv and its 24/7 monitored car park. This is definitely an experience and it's so close to food/shops and much more at a more than fair price

We booked Optimal for our anniversary weekend. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight, perfect for winding down in the evenings. The location was spot on, close to everything but still peaceful. The host was really accommodating and made everything super easy from start to finish. Overall, a comfortable and stress-free stay. We’d definitely come back again.

Well what an absolute gem of a property this was. We had the most amazing host Bina who welcomed us and accommodated us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely stunning. So much thought has gone into designing the apartments and they are well looked after. Our apartment was clean, modern and spacious. The host was great. Contacted us to arrange for check in time. Was at the property to welcome us, explained how to use everything in the apartment. I cannot recommend this place enough. Pictures do not do this place justice. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Optimal apartments was, by far, one of the best places we’ve stayed at. From the location (opposite an award-winning park), to the apartment and the customer service - it exceeded our expectations! We stayed at the Designer Suite, which was spectacular- the hosts thought about the smallest of details such as bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes etc. and the cleanliness of the place is astounding! It is clear they take pride in their apartments because of how organised and gleaming it was. The host met us by the door; she was extremely informative and helpful, offering a personalised service. Bina gave us a recommendation list of food places to try, which had been tried & tested which was a lovely touch. We had a slight issue with our Netflix but this was dealt with immediately! The best thing about the apartment was the hot tub and the television - a relaxing combo. We are definitely returning to the Optimal Apartments - it was a luxury stay with an excellent price!

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday. It’s a beautiful apartment with outstanding decor. Jacuzzi was so relaxing and refreshing. Clean, tidy with everything you need from tea/coffee/hot chocolate and even sweeteners. TV and sound system was brilliant, even had Netflix! Towels and bedding were clean and smelt fresh. Great location and Bobsy was very friendly and professional. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Will book again!

Very comfy bed and recliner sofas Fast WiFi and 65 each tv with in the bedrooknand living The owner was very, very helpful and such a nice man to speak to I would 1000% recommend this property
