The host was excellent, within minutes of my booking confirmation I received text messages advising on next steps and booking in procedure along with their phone number. I was arriving late so called them to discuss and they gave me instructions on how to gain access which was a quick and painless process. From someone who works away a lot all over the country, I cant state how important this kind of service is - I'm in the car a lot so the ability to call the residence and make requests and gain information is important, rather than constant emails or doing it via the booking.com app and then potentially not receiving updates for hours. They surpassed all expectations in terms of service, the accommodation was excellent, cleaner than most hotels, spacious, well decorated, large bathroom, comfortable with a fully functioning kitchen - I will stay here every time, thank you Aphrodite Suits!

Nothing at all, everything was rapid and done properly

We had a very nice stay here at Aphrodite suites in the Love Nest apartment for our anniversary. The ambient lighting is great, smart TV's in each room, and a nice jet bath in the bathroom. We met the host at the door and he handed over our keys, where we then paid our security deposit. The apartment is close to some corner shops and takeaways, which is handy to get some dinner and a few other bits if needed. Great facilities included with a mini fridge, kitchenware, a toaster, microwave, etc. The TV in the living room is already logged into accounts with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. Bathroom is very nice and warm as well, with towels, bathrobes, slippers and bathroom amenities for you to use. It also has underfloor heating. Jet bath is very relaxing. We parked in their sister apartments car park rather than on the street, which is about 2 streets away or a 3 minute walk. When we checked out, we just dropped the keys in the box provided and got a text from the host asking us if our stay was good. I also got an email saying my security deposit had been refunded and will take 2-3 days to process. The host also answered all our questions without issue via text. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would come back to visit again. For the price, you get a very luxurious experience and its worth the money. There are other places to stay at similar price points or more and in my opinion, they don't come close to this.

Not all TV's in the apartment were logged into the accounts for Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The log in for them may have expired. Couldn't figure out the speakers for the bathroom TV, or how to turn off the overhead star lights on the bed board. The lights weren't bright though so that wasn't an issue.

It had everything we needed. Manager and all staff were very accommodating. All shops, restaurants etc was in walking distance. Very luxurious inside.

No designated parking. Street parking is time limited. There was a Minor stain on the mattress. But sheets and bedding was very clean. Could do with air conditioning as the windows don't open fully and it got very hot inside.

The place was really good. We enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot and the ambient light all over was well nice.

The mattress needs changing as it's really low quality and also looks like the springs are gonna come off it... The person that received us was very friendly when we arrived but then there was a misunderstanding on where we were supposed to leave the keys the day after and he phoned us being totally rude and aggressive just because we left the keys in the postal box instead of the place he actually mentioned but thought that was the place. Even so the key didn't get lost so no reason for being aggressive on the phone and also after talking I apologise and he just hung up the phone on me. Just because of his attitude we won't go back there.

Absolutely 10/10. Clean and comfortable. Great touches like the bath robes and slippers. Great attention to detail with the toiletries. We really appreciate the fan in the bedroom, too. It's just a pleasure to stay here. Friendly staff. Tv in every room. Great whirlpool and shower. Had everything you would need.

Everything the place feels like home not a over night stay. The jacuzzi bath and tv in every room including bathroom with all the channels is a really nice touch.the bath room is loaded with stuff like you would get at an expensive hotel. You don't need to take anything as they supply literally everything you need. Will definitely stay again

- Boiler was in the bedroom and was quite noisy all night. Affected my sleep. - Pillows were also a bit uncomfortable. - Street parking is restricted to 2 hours maximum on weekdays 8am-6pm, and only 1 off-street parking space for all the apartments. - Bathroom door doesn’t close completely

All I can say is wow! Absolutely amazing! I'll be booking again next month. Sooooo cosy, clean, and loved the fact they even provided toothbrush, toothpaste, and towels, even though its not a hotel. Bed was so comfortable and loved the fact bath was a jacuzzi and could watch TV whilst I was in the bath. Led roof lights everywhere, which brought a sense of ambience. All rooms are soundproofed, so you couldn't hear other guests. The host went an extra mile for me as I couldn't check in until late, so he came back to hand me the keys. Excellent customer services.

The only thing that needs looking at is the wobbly laminate flooring in the living room area, which dips a bit and makes a sound when you walk on it, but don't let this put you off. I spoke to the owner, and he is arranging for this to be fixed right away. Get booking people. This is my new getaway destination. Can't wait to stay at their other properties :)

The layout of this apartment is fantastic, proper romantic getaway.

The jacuzzi was small, could do with a bigger jacuzzi which can fit 2 people, the mattress & pillow needs an improvement (it was sleepable but to take it to the next step better pillow & mattress for proper comfortable sleep)

The apartments as we walked in smelt amazing , clean and fresh the host was prompt on our arrival, and was clear on instructions of use in regards to the property. The spa bath was amazing and bed was comfortable. On leaving met with the housekeeping lady, she was polite and friendly.

Although was stated free wifi there was no code to connect, on trying to connect to open network, connected with no Internet. And the occupants in adjacent room could be smelt smoking, (this left the entrance smelling on entry) (around 1.30am) although I am a smoker made effort to go outside in accordance with the rules. As wouldn't want to ruin how lovely it smelt
