No breakfast facilities but complex was very clean and tidy. Niko our host was very attentive and the rooms were cleaned every day.

All ok and very nice complex but you really need to hire a car as the complex is in quite a remote position especially if you want to go to the local beach

They welcomed us with cookies, bottle of water a juice. Everything is very nice and clean. They took out the trash everyday and changed towels and bed linen 2 time during our stay (10 days) Beds are firm and we had a very goodnight sleep. The lady gave us every information we needed to explore the island and helped us when we needed some information about ferry and restoran information. They both are very nice and welcoming

Best location on the beautiful Ionian island of Kefalonia..the host Mr Nikos is the most knowledgeable & helpful person that will go above and beyond in order to make your holiday a very happy one..the residence is exactly as described in the pictures/simply amazing with room's cleaned daily, fantastic self-catering facilities and excellent swimming pool area..15 minutes drive to Argostoli, Airport, Skala or most of the pristine beaches nearby so highly recommended for any couple or family..can't wait to get back there..many thanks for the wonderful memories Elias G Residence & Kefalonia 😍😘

Our stay at the place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable and really quiet. Best sleep I've had for the last two years. Our hosts were great. I even had to pay them by force (joking). To organize this place in this way shows a lot of resourcefulness and creativity. Me and Lily will definitely come back next year! Wish you good luck and success!

Wonderful countryside location with views across the Ionian to Zakynthos. Immaculately clean room on arrival, and cleaned to the same high standard every day. Wonderful, relaxed vibe due to just a small number of apartments at the property. Special mention to Nikos who greeted us on arrival and was on hand throughout our stay - a true gentleman who worked hard throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough for us and the other guests

Nothing - everything was perfect!

Excellent cosy room, with everything you would need! Basic kitchen utensils, kettle and sandwich maker but we didn’t want for anything more. Room was cleaned daily, which was lovely to come back to. Ideal location for seeing the rest of the island from and some excellent beach within a short journey. Car is essential. A couple of excellent restaurants within a 20mins walk.

Our stay at the Elaias Gi Residence was just PERFECT!!!! The view of Zante from the balcony, the swimming pool, the cleaning of the studio,the amazing beaches of Kefalonia and Nikos was just the perfect host . Thank you again.

Everything about our accommodation was wonderful, just like in the photos, it's even more beautiful in person. All clean, beautiful and tidy gardens are well equipped with pools and sunbeds. Mikos cleaned it every day. Elisa awaited us with traditional cookies, which were very delicious. In high season it was impossible to rent a car, Elisa arranged it for us and we are very grateful for it. You need a car to get to the whole island, the capital is 15 minutes away by car. There is a shop and restaurant near the accommodation,
