Everything was great, clean room, loved the complimentary robes, amazing and friendly staff. We even checked in at 12 even though it was only supposed to start at 4. Definitely do the wine tour that is offered at the hotel, $125 for 3 wineries and shuttle bus. We made amazing friends on the tour and we had the best time, well worth the money. The spa is also amazing, $170 for a massage is very expensive but luckily we have insurance and the massage was amazing.

Prices for breakfast and drinks are diabolical, go into the town instead.

Situated in a luxurious lush green get away, the White Oaks Conference & Resort Spa leaves an incredible first and last impression for my group of friends and I. Amazing staff at the resort and even more amazing amenities attached! Kudos to our server, Emily who helped make our birthday dining experience at Play Bar and grill unforgettable! The fitness facilities are a dream made in heaven and although we did not try them out ourselves, they effortlessly seem to cater excellently to the fitness fanatics. My friend is still in awe from her coconut wrap treatment!

The rooms had some scuffs and the fridge was not as spacious as we had liked. The room service menu seemed a bit overpriced and underwhelming for what they were charging us. For example, there were four small chocolate covered strawberries for 16.00 and the cheese platter tray consisted of broken crackers and almost over ripe fruit. The only thing I'd recommend on the room service menu would be the alcoholic brewsies (four count). I would've also appreciated a heads up of the "incidental" fee as it was around 200 dollars. Although this is a hold and a justifiable charge, fees this high should be disclaimed a bit earlier versus at the front desk.

A great hotel for family, especially with young children. I travelled with my wife and my 7-month old son. The front desk was extremely accommodating as they initially gave us a room that we realized, would not work for us. They immediately switched us to another room that was more comfortable for us. The staff is extremely hospitable at any time of the day or night. Room service is quick and they do a splendid job in cleaning. What made this hotel stand out was the support we got in an emergency. Keep up the great work!

I loved everything. Staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel like they wanted me there. Rooms were amazing. I wanted to stay in my room forever. The spa tub in my room was a dream. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Breakfast was huge and fresh and it was so wonderful having it brought to my room. The bed was so comfy. The whole experience was like a dream come true.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. You could not ask for a better place to stay.

Staff was wonderful, polite and very attentive. Entire property very clean. Room was beautiful, newly renovated, felt light and airy. Bathroom with spa tub was amazing but I do believe it wasn’t working properly as the jets at one end were very weak. Other than that the room was near perfect for us. My only complaint would have been the steak I ordered for dinner but again the staff was wonderful and handled the situation perfectly. We have no complaints and have already booked a return stay. :)

Nothing (maybe the steak)

It’s very comfortable and great value stay. I drove from Toronto and drove to the Niagara-on-the lake first day once I checked in. The road to the small town was super beautiful and the experience impressed us deeply. The property is located a pretty convenient spot to Niagara Falls and the Niagara-on-the lake if you drive to the attractions. Visiting a vineyard nearby was a must-try. Besides the amenities and services of the hotel are also an added bonus . The room service did quite well and the staff were very attentive. For sure, I would come back again as I regretted booking only 2 nights.

The only thing that they need to improve was the filter of the AC and vents should be cleaned

We love the service, the location, the communication and the cleanliness of the property.

The sound insulation is not that good - the wedding music in the banquet/backyard was noisy (but the staff reassured that it will quiet down by 11pm, and we were all good with that). However, the slamming of doors and loitering in the corridor can be quite disruptive.

Always topnotch customer service at this hotel! This hotel is my absolute favorite, there is something warming about entering this hotel. There's a trace of nostalgia (maybe of the time period of when the hotel opened) and there's greeters and employees who truly embrace the art of genuine service, where to serve another is perceived as a refined, high-end quality (a perception that is lost among younger generations today and that is lacking in many other facilities). These key ingredients give this place a uniquely authentic and warm experience and feel immediately as you enter the facility. I should add that the facilities are amazing especially if you are interested in athletics, exercising or anything self-care related.

Truly can't think of anything hotel related. The only thing some may find lacking is a more central location to a busy city center however on the other side of this thought is the thought process that you are selecting a hotel that is closest to many of the winery experiences (offering at most 10 minute drives to these sparsely dispersed sites) and there are premium outlets directly.across the street.

Everything was fine, generally. They didn't throw us out of the pool at 11PM but let us enjoy a bit more.

Dustbin was not empty. No tesla charging adapter (didn't come with the rental, hotel could have one or two for guests) since I ended up paying for nothing (to the Flo company who runs the charging station in the lot). Place was built decades ago and it shows a bit in the room aswell.
