This was a perfect place for my stay in Freising. Easy home base from which to walk around town, close to the central station and also a short walk to city bus stops & the easy-to-navigate transit system linking Freising, the airport, Munich, etc, when I needed to travel further. The self check-in and building access was absolutely easy to manage and I always felt I could reach out if ever needed assistance. I think I'll be back!

It's understandable why there was no refrigerator in the room--and many places are stepping away from rooms loaded with electrical appliances, but I definitely would have used it had it been present for some quick snacks, leftovers of local delicious food, or to keep a cold drink or two at the ready. I adapted easily and also appreciate what the Bob P brand is doing to be eco friendly--this hotel is described as carbon neutral--Nice!

Modern, clean, comfortable, good organizational touches for a small space. Appreciated the ability to call a real person to request a room change. She took care of it right away and we were given a quieter room away from road noise. Great access to laundry room

1. Not a fan of the keyless entry connected to my phone. (A big problem in the event of dead battery or loss of phone) 2. Kitchen is not set up for a longer stay. Bare minimum amenities in the kitchen. Only one kitchen towel, no extra trash bags, no paper towels.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Free laundry facilities were much appreciated.

The digital door entry was a problem. It often took 4 or 5 attempts to get the door open. And what do you do if your smart phone runs out of charge? There should be back up codes provided for manual entry. The room and the property offered no comfortable chairs or sofas for sitting which was a problem for older travelers staying a week.

Bob W was a terrific last minute find, when we decided to stay the night before an early flight. 2 couples, 2 rooms. The price was unbelievable for being so close to the airport. Full stocked kitchen, with coffee press, coffee, tea, microwave, stove top, cookware and plate ware. Perfect location for remote work, vacation or quick stay. I wish we would've been able to stay longer (one night, weekly and long term availability); Convenient, accommodating, comfortable and included parking. The reservation comes with interactive website for any of your needs, to include yoga classes (online) or gym access (for some of the locations)! The yoga mat and personal welcome note in the room was a very nice touch 😊 This is our first stay with Bob W. we are looking into vacationing with our new "friend" and checking out new locations! If I had to pick something, it would be the pillows. I prefer a firmer pillow, but that's my preference. The bed was super comfortable. The rest of the accommodations were great.

This is a great concept! The spaces are well equipped and furnished to a high standard. Bathroom and kitchen fittings to a good spec, more than adequate provision of towels, hairdryer, shampoo etc. There’s even a laundry room with soap powder and an iron. And on top it’s affordable.

It’s ahead of its time perhaps! Far too dependent on digital technology which fails to work and no human presence other than a cleaner on site. The apartments are also far too hot in a warm summer spell. And the attitude to complaints on the part of the management is to stay very cheerful and keep arguing that nothing is their fault. Between the failed digital technology, the heat and the persistent banter it’s quite exhausting!

We liked the space and the bathroom

There was a questionable splatter on the wall which turned out to be just paint (I hope) but should probably be freshened up. There was no air-conditioning so we opened the windows nicely. Too bad someone continually smoked outside making the room smell like smoke. Also, it was a bit noisy due to same person coughing loudly for several hours. Not the fault of this space but the option to close the window would have been nice.

The accommodation was very clean and great value for money due to the large bathroom. The surrounding area is safe and there are great local restaurants and shops close by.

When choosing this accommodation be aware that trains from central Munich are often late or canceled, Three trains were canceled in the time we were waiting at a station to Freising. There are alternative transport methods but be prepared to spend an hour using alternative transport methods as opposed to a 10 minute train ride.

Truly wonderful experience! The apartment was easy to find, and the location was wonderfully peaceful. The apartment very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable – it felt like sleeping on a cloud! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the call center guys responded promptly to our messages. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience!

Parking space limited but we found a free spot on the street some blocks away from the property.

Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Everything worked well. Easy to manage with the digital check in and locks. Nice feeling of having your own little place. Would book again!

It was very hot and we wanted to open the windows. They isolate the sound extremely well when closed, but it is quite noisy with them open. We also found the jargon of “Bob” pretty annoying.

Super easy check in! The bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was clean and great! Communication was so quick and solution oriented. We stayed a few days and had a good time.

The only thing I didn't like was that some of the towels were a bit stained, but there were plenty clean towels provided. Finding a parking was a bit of a hassle too, but worked in the end.
