It was our first time in Greece and we absolutely loved it! The resort is very big and beautiful! Amazing pool and private beach! The best thing about our trip was with out a doubt the Entertainment Team! They were the best! Every activity and every show was fantastic! A big thank you to Lila, Mila, Sofia, Marco, Carolina, Lori and Valeria. Amazing young people! The waitress Rena was very nice and friendly as well. Girl´s trip from Portugal!

The food was bad, we did not enjoy it. That's not how a 5 star resort should make it's food... The lady from the massages was a bit rude when we said we didn't want the massages. If the prices were low they would definitely get more clients in the spa. The people from the reception didn't give us a lot of information about the resort and they need to work on their English. Dislikes: Plastic drinks cups at the main bar inside (even when asking for glasses which were available)- those seemed to be kept for people who were tipping. Difficult to get away from smokers- the upstairs bar covered veranda was a no go for us due to the amount of smoke- we had to sit in the reception area on an evening. Lack of seats in the main bar/reception area forcing us one night to literally sit by reception. Sports equipment tired and needs some replacement (eg tennis racquets) No self serve for soft drinks and ice cream- had to wait in a queue and the staff weren’t quick. People would cut in and be served quicker if they were tipping the serving staff. Spa prices too expensive- eg more people would use if a pedicure was £25 rather than £35- I couldn’t justify £80 for a massage.

Nice layout of the hotel - beautiful gardens and villas, right on the beach. Very friendly staff. We had a nice villa for 3 adults overlooking the beach and the pool. Great Greek food - yoghurts, salads. There is a playground for kids.

Not my type of crowd - so many buses kept coming delivering people every day, and lots of them just eat, drink and sit by the pool. Too crowded at eating time, felt like real conveyer. Every evening there would be some entertainment with quite loud music till late, which might be fun for some but we really just wanted to relax

The layout of the Anabelle Beach Resort it's really special, a lot of palm trees, beautiful scenery!

Well the reception team was not really professional, I understand and speak Greek language a little bit!!! On our arrival at 4pm we asked at the reception where is located the gym, the restaurant and the bar and the main receptionist Mrs. Maria and her colleague spoke between each other in Greek language and laughing of us saying that we all ready want to eat and other stuff. This is not professional at all. If I wouldn't asked no budy had the intention to tell us nothing. It's missing the customer service!!!

Our stay at Annabelle Beach resort we booked while in crete and this saved our holiday as our original hotel was very poor. Annabelle beach resort turned out to have a great location and good value for money, onsite facilities, friendly and helpful staff, good room sizes we stayed in a bungalow room. Good food variety, great service from all the restaurant staff, pool bar and snack bar/cafe., beach accessed from the hotel grounds (shingle beach but very clean)

Very minor issues during our stay but they wouldn't stop us booking again ...fried eggs had hard yolks some days at breakfast, limited selection of all inclusive cocktail drinks otherwise nothing.

The location was amazing, right next to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a flight stike and our flights got cancelled. We had to change dates around with our holiday which was stressful but the hotel was extremely helpful. The staff around the hotel were very kind and friendly.

Nothing really, if i had to be picky id say it was hard to find times for when the activities were on, pilates ect.

The people were great and the facilities were good. The restaurant was really nice, but beware some of the reconstituted food. For the price, it represents good value for money.

It's not 5* luxury. It's tired and needs updating. The location is a 20min hilly walk to nearest town, with not a lot going on - tacky english pubs and overpriced gift shops..

Staff was tremendous, always smiling and offering help. The food was surprisingly tasty and it was well-organized. The food variety was very good and there was always fresh food. The rooms were very clean and kept clean throughout our visit.

The beach was nice, but the wind caused large waves causing the lifeguards to put up red flags thus not allowing people to go into the sea. This is not a fault of the hotel, but an unexpected consequence of the weather.

I love everything about the place. The hard-working receptionists, cleaners, entertainers, drivers, managers bar attendants always want to make life comfortable. I was impressed with Nicos and the managers who made our life very smooth any time we approached them with an issue. The place was always super clean with lots of food, entertainment, drinks, wines, and a lot more. I cannot fault this place and I recommend it highly to everyone who wants to travel to Crete. ,

It situated right on the beach. 2 big swimming pools, 2 for babies. It has a beautiful garden with lots of palm trees and many kind of flowers, bushes. Great animation team. Lots of activities during the day and the evening. The sea is rocky, swimming shoes needed. Great variety of foods in the main reastaurant and the tavern next to the big swimming pool. At arrival a plate of fruits, a bottle of wine and water provided by the hotel. Every day one bottle of water in the room provided by the hotel. Safe box on the is free of charge.

Room was comfortable. Not renewed furnitures, but nice. Cleaningness of the room generally good, but not 5 stars. From a 5 star hotel need to be pay attention for the small details in the cleaning. In the bathroom the ventilation didn’t work. The hotel is not 5 star. Or not the fancy luxury 5 star.
