Great hotel, very spacious and soundproof rooms, delicious breakfast. Half an hour walk to sunset strip. Parking behind the hotel was ok in May. I am not a pool person but even enjoyed half a day on the sun bed with nice food served by the hotel restaurant.

Met all expectations really. Visited off main season which is always a strong factor (lower price, less crowded island etc.).

Lovely hotel situated in the quiet area of the Bay. Great location just on the cusp of Cala de Bou & within walking distance (25 mind approx) of both San Antonio & Cala de Bou, Reggae reggae beach, Kumharas etc. Bus stop 2 mins away brings you to these places too & to the lovely beaches & coves on this side of the island. & the airport. The bus from the airport is €4, and it takes about 40 minutes. Staff are helpful & pleasant. Daily room keeping & the entire facility is kept very clean. Rooms are modern with kettle, hairdryer, and safe included in the room rate. Irons are available to hire from reception for a €20 deposit. A nice touch was the welcome pack in the room. It had tea bags, coffee sachets, a bottle of water & in the fridge there were 2 bottles of San Miguel. We booked a B&B rate, which was well worth it in my opinion. The breakfast buffet has lots of choice and something to suit everyone. The hotel sits just off the main road directly behind a spar, restaurants, etc, with a beach to both its left and right, within a few minutes walk. I would really recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

The option of a double bed instead of 2 singles would be good, but I really can't fault this hotel. There wasn't anything I really disliked.

I haven’t plan to stay in this hotel ahead. It was half hour decision because of change in weather and direction of yacht on which I was passing by Sant Antoni at Ibiza. It was only one night and I was not looking for much. However, due to my surprise it was excellent hotel. Nice clean white building with huge property. Nice size swimming pool, sitting area and restaurant overlooking the bay. Everything is spotless clean. Room size were generous, beds comfortable. Restaurant had excellent variety of choices, taste very good and not expensive at all. Wine offered matched food perfectly (no headache at the morning). Outside of the hotel there are number of affordable souvenir shops. About 100m from boardwalk.

I could not think about anything. If I would be extremely picky, I would mention few ants that were trying to evict me from my subbed by the pool 😊. But it’s not a problem at all. Hotel is excellent to my taste

Such a lovely hotel to stay at and an ideal location with the beach over the road and a spar on your doorstep. Breakfast is amazing and the fact it is served until 12noon is just what is needed in ibiza, however at €18 per person I think it’s too over priced. Nevertheless the hotel is lovely, the pool is ideal and the staff are amazing. They couldn’t be more welcoming and accommodating. I have stayed here 5 times now and would always recommend

Great rooms and pool. Food at the pool bar fantastic.

Had to pay a lot for this stay (over £800 for 2 nights) which was double what we have paid before. We returned bcos it’s a great place but it is expensive. The hotel was unable to guarantee us a taxi even to the airport home. This is the norm locally but I think as a THB chain they could do better or at least be able to give better travel advice and not just shrug their shoulders when we asked for help!

My room was very clean. Beautiful spot for sunrises and great balcony not really over looked so was able to sunbathe topless reading my book I asked for a non-ground floor room and they delivered as I was a lone female. Great atmosphere in room if an evening as I didn’t go clubbing and very chilled vibe with the Ibiza radio on!

The staff were extremely helpful during a stressful situation for our group (flight cancellations to UK). Attentive and happy to assist with bookings. Very convenient location but still quiet/remote enough for sleep The pool staff were also very entertaining - lovely team!

No comment I guess the gym area could offer a little more equipment

Hotel a 5 minute walk from Ocean Beach, so very good central location. Clean rooms, pool and general areas. Members of staff were really friendly! We only ate at the pool bar and it was really good!! Drinks by the poor also strong.

No complaints apart from Booking.com not stating you having to pay the excess tax/? upon arrival of the hotel

Rooms are a really decent size. Excellent shower. Fridge in the room. Pool area was clean and very comfortable. On site restaurant was fantastic. Reception staff were extremely helpful. 5 minute walk to ocean! Beach towels were provided in the rooms.

Bar staff were a little slow.

Clean, comfy bed, liked the ambient lighting in the rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast options and I liked the outdoor space available, especially the sofas! Liked having the fridge and kettle. Really pleasant stay.

It would have been nice to have more chilled out music next to the pool. Some of it wasn’t and sometimes the volume would be increased so didn’t really make a for a relaxing poolside experience. Thankfully, they had loungers/sofas elsewhere but sadly just not next to the pool itself. Got overcharged for a lunch dish as staff didn’t know what button to select to process order and my friend got charged the same for a mocktail as my alcoholic cocktail, which seems a bit cheeky. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. No toiletries for first two days and they only appeared as I asked. Sometimes used cups were replaced, sometimes not. Water/tea or coffee not replenished.
