Staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Hidden fees such as parking and tourist fee (on a daily basis) when I specifically told them I was from Sacramento resident but needed to stay at the hotel because I was having my only bathroom remodeled. There was also on a daily basis an STD and City Tax. Accommodation fee was different every every day and the City Tax was based on that days fee.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I like the modern style as well. And the breakfast was good

Although I appreciate that it was clean I have a sensitivity/allergy to fragrance and the entire hotel smelled like a bottle of bleach. It was way too intense. I would recommend using less bleach and cleaning products. Also, it was right by the highway, which I did not realize when I booked it. It was quite loud.

The extra charge was for my service dog. I understand the reasoning though. Clears signs in hotel “no pets allowed, unless service animal”

My room key didn’t always work, so I had to knock on the door or call my dad to open the door for me. A little inconvenient when carrying medication bags and open container drinks. Maybe having some random tiny tables near the elevator may help to put things on and not on the floor.

Breakfast was Great! Some healthy Options with Non healthy, Egg White omelet was the healthy choice then some mini bagels with bacon & cheese was the non healthy, There was Turkey & Pork sausage options along with delicious coffee & Varies Juice Options, Pastries & breads

The room was comfortable and clean. One unusual feature I liked was the chaise instead of an armchair - it was much better for relaxing and reading.

The hotel is right off the freeway, and it seemed like to get to any restaurants you needed to drive.

The staff were kind and helpful room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable got plenty of good sleep.

The only thing I disliked was the showerhead had poor water pressure .

Cleanliness. Professional staff. Great sheets and comfortable bed. Spacious room. Good breakfast options. Quiet. Good shower pressure. Location felt safe. Plenty of parking.

There wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom.

The hotel was fine

Booking.com really secured up our reservation. When we got there they couldn't fine our reservation.. Luckily they had extra rooms. Trying to get ahold of anyone from Booking.com is impossible.

Have to pay for parking. Also no Netflix or HBO.
