It was a nice room in a condominium, well maintained. I was able to get food delivered to the building anyway using Grab.

Staff did not have a credit card machine and held my passport, which I understand to not be legal, to compensate for the surprise 1000 php security deposit. I walked a tenth of a kilometer to a 7-Eleven to get some cash and the atms there and at the 2 banks at that intersection were inoperative. Not a tourist area.

The access to the get breakfast was taken away-meaning the owner close it.For me it was not a problem because theres a lot of carenderia around where I can get breakfast.

Personale is very much needed, so that theres is always personal to recieved you when you check-in. Can you imagine, you have been traveling for 14 -20 hrs.and when arrived to the hotel-you have to wait for the personale to check-in, because she is out to clean the room, making it ready for the next guests?

The property is clean, very nice staff and very helpful. Elevator is very helpful. Towels and toiletries are provided.

The TV we had need to be replace. The speaker of the TV is very static and we could not clearly hear the shows we’re watching. There’s no phone we can use to call in the front desk. The location to get to the property is very traffic.

There was a loft with an extra aircon and a kitchenette. Hot water worked well. Mugs and small plates were included. Refrigerator worked well. The electric kettle was a plus and they were really generous with the soap, shampoo and cotton buds.

There was no cable t.v. and when I checked out the receptionist wouldn't give me my deposit because she told me the mirror in the bathroom was broken and missing. I told her there was no mirror when I checked in. After a few minutes of arguing she gave me my deposit.

I love the location, i felt safe and secure. The rooms are roomy , equipped for all that we wanted for the night. Clean and comfortable

There wasn't any cutlery for our food to have in the room. We had food delivered but no cutlery included which was very poor.

the staff and security guards were all very nice. the room was clean and spacious. was a very relaxing place to stay before we flew home as the location is close to the airport. restaurants and 711 nearby was convenient also.

About all , I love how the area clean and complete. It was good and relaxing for me and may husband. We enjoy staying for at least a days. The Room exceed our expectation. I love it I'll gonna comeback again next time. Hehe

The front desk staff was very helpful. He went to my room to relay important messages since i don't have a Philippine SIM

I didn't realize there are many Red Doorz in the area. The BAD trip was that it was one way street and the taxi driver missed the entrance so I had to WALK from the street to front door with my luggage. The room having no phone, and many noisy mosquitoes in the room.

We love the room. It feels like just home, room is with kitchen and provided all basic things needed.

It's a bit hard to find as it is connected to the villa. No signage for the directions which way to go.

The space is good enough for what I paid for. For $15 a night , I have my own kitchen with fridge and electric kettle with complimentary coffee, bed, bathroom with hot water and toiletries, cable tv and wifi.

No microwave. It's OK not to cook but at least have something to reheat food.
