The position of the Alikes in relation to the surrounding beautiful area . Also the friendliness of all the staff and the hard work of the cleaning team. I haven't been to Crete for almost 30 years for a variety of reasons but the holiday rekindled my love of all things Greek . Honestly hard to think of anything

We visited Elounda for a short business trip and found Alikes as it was recommended on TripAdvisor. What can I say, amazing hotel. The view from the balconies is breathtaking! All rooms are 5*, I cannot understand the 3* rating on booking. The mattresses are very comfortable, they look like they are brand new and probably they are because the toilet is recently renovated too with full amenities. Everything we asked we had it from the reception girls, they are very kind and smiling. For sure we will be back as soon as possible. Bravo Alikes!

Location very good and excellent view from our room (201.) Without exception all the staff were brilliant, professional, friendly and responded immediately to deal with two minor issues. I’m certain we’ll be back - thank you for making our holiday a excellent experience.

Since the last time we came, they are levels up. 3* is too low to describe this hotel. Freshly painted walls with new decorations, very comfortable mattresses, renovated bathrooms with all possible amenities, the rooms are spotless. Also, the whole team is amazing, nothing was too trouble for them, always kind with a bright smile!!! Always a pleasure to visit Alikes and enjoy every minute of it.

The location is excellent-just a short stroll to the centre of the village. Views from the front building are beautiful across the bay.

Perfect location for us. Rooms were great, we had a brilliant sea view. The shower was amazing! Rooms were cleaned daily with regular towel and bed changes. Staff were brilliant, always polite and eager to help. Special mention for Nikos and Angeliki. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so lovely. Missing beautiful Elounda already - can’t wait to come back x

Room was perfect, especially the patio. Staff was exceptional. Every need I had was met. View was wonderful. Had a problem with the shower not working, but staff resolved that as soon as possible. Wifi strong throughout my 6 days there. Guests, mostly Brits, quickly formed friendships and the commradrie was great.

Only negative for me, was being 10-15 min walk into the little town center. Especially a challenge in very hot weather.
