Very well positioned at the top end of the town, close to the gondola, bars and restaurants. Fantastic breakfast with everything you could desire. Great friendly and helpful staff.

The bar was eye wateringly expensive. Sixty euro for three drinks. No wonder it was never busy. Also to use the spa was 55 euro, which was not made clear at the time of booking. It is described as a charge based on the season.

Perfect location just in front of the ski lift.Soldeu is very quiet and great for families. Not enough restaurants selection like in pas de la casa. The breakfast is o.k. good selection but they never change it. Coffee machines are very slow and the Coffee is not good. This hotel is not cheap at all, and you pay mostly for the location. The staff are helpful and kind.

Hotel facilities excellent

Didn’t like we paid different prices for the same facilities even though we booked within days of each other. Spa should have been included in the price we paid

The breakfast was good and people at reception were helpful.

The room was at the front of the hotel and there was a lot of noise from the street and from the corridor. The bonfires outside smelled awful and got on our clothes and into our throats.

Comfortable. Staff very helpful. Convenient for gondola and ski room. Good selection for breakfast. Nice ambiance.

It was beautiful. Loved the stone and wood combo. The spa was great. We loved the bar area. Staff was so welcoming snd friendly. We had a great time.

Really nothing

Breakfast was amazing, the beds were comfortable and the atmosphere of the hotel is rustic and cosy.

Bathroom was a bit dated for the price.

The location is great just opposite the gondola and locker rooms close by too. The hotel is lovely, big bar area and very impressive, breakfast is great with a variety of everything.

We were bed and breakfast and thought we would upgrade each night with dinner, however for the buffet dinner it is €47pppn which for a buffet dinner seems a lot when you can have a great meal down the road for around €50 total including drinks (which is what we did after the first night as you aren’t told the price of dinner unless you ask). The rooms are tired, the communal areas are beautiful but our bedroom was tatty in places with broken skirting board and a radiator that had had the rust painted over. The other disappointing point was the spa isn’t including you have to pay €42pp each time you want to use the spa, so we only used it once as felt far too much to pay on top of the money we had already paid just to be in a ‘spa hotel’

Bedrooms are looking quite dated now but still very comfortable and clean

The location is very good, close to the lifts, parking everything you need for the ski vacation. The stuff was very nice and welcome, even let us do late check up with out paying. breakfast was very nice and rich.

The rooms are very old decorated. The shower is very old, and water was liking very poor. this rooms needs to be renovated for the price.
