Vendndodhja ishte perfekte per te pare Izmirin. Personeli i hotelit ishte i shkelqyeshem, ne vecanti mikpritja e pronareve te hotelit te cilet na u gjenden prane si miq te vertete. Mengjesi shume i mire dhe i bollshem. Jua rekomandoj fort kete hotel per vendndodhjen, rehatine dhe mikpritjen.

Even the building need the renovation, and everything inside, the cleaning ladies r doing great job. Ebery day they r cleaning the room, change towels, fill water, coffee, tea.. The breakfast is standard. I liked the lady from kitchen cause she welcomed u with a big smile. Staff r very helpfull, they will help u with all of your questions. Next to the hotel is nice restaurant. Location is good for visiting sightseeing and bazar.

During the weekend it was so noisy outside. On working days its ok. I wouldn't recommend walking at night through the street in front of hotel, its a bit creepy. Maybe cause we were there before the season.. But besides the hotel, maybe 10-15min walk, u will find great street where locals r enjoying in different kind of cousine.

I arrived at the hotel around midnight, and I was deeply touched by the kindness and patience of the hotel staff, who were waiting for us just as I had mentioned in my booking that I will be delayed. I don’t recall the name of the person who welcomed us, but I would like to sincerely thank each and every one of them for their warm hospitality. During our stay, I had the opportunity to rent a car directly from the hotel at a very reasonable price, with the help of Ms. Dilek and Mr. Zeki. Ms. Dilek went above and beyond to help me in a short span of time and arranged the travel. What made our experience truly unforgettable was that the owner of the hotel (Kozan brothers) personally drove us for two days, helping us visit almost all the places we had dreamed of seeing. Without a single complaint, both the owner and his brother drove us to distant locations, helping me fulfill my long-time wish of visiting 5 out of the 7 churches of Revelation near Izmir—all in just two days and then dropping us back to the Airport! They also took us to local restaurants that served authentic Turkish food, delicious yet reasonably priced, thanks to their local knowledge. The hotel itself was also very affordable, and for such a short stay, we received far more than we expected. More than the facilities, it was their genuine hospitality and personal care that made us feel truly belonging. Thank you once again to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region.

The place was nice and the room was spacious (as opposed to what other reviews say). Breakfast was well arranged, room was clean, and the hotel staff and owner were very very friendly. Location is excellent, very central and close to a well connected train and metro station.

As most places in Izmir, there is a busy street nearby, so do expect to hear some traffic noise. Due to the ceiling type, it's possible to hear a bit of the piping noise too, although that's a nitpick.

Very comfortable beds. Although you could see that this hotel had his best days it was still a very good choice. Dilek and Ismail were very helpfull in anyways we wanted. We did not have opportunity to exchange our money to Turkish lira, but they accepted our euros and the change they paid back in Lira‘s. Clean Rooms, Airconditioning works well,simple Shampoo, Shower was hot, the rooms are Big. The hotel is on the main road in Konak, Alsancak. and even while the road is very noisy and very busy during the day after 11 pm, it’s quiet because there are almost no cars on the street. we didn’t have any problem with the noise. A good price for what you get.

I liked pretty much everything about the property! The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space (we were a group of 4). Housekeeping did a good job maintaining the cleanliness throughout our stay. Breakfast was also very good. Staff was on another level: making us feel welcomed every day, very helpful, nice and so so kind. Dilek hanim, Zeki bey, and every single staff member that I don't know the name of, thank you for being a true definition of Turkish hospitality <3

The location is in the center of the city. 5 min from metro stations and subway. The staffs were pleasant though then don't speak much of English. I love their selections of breakfast. I really enjoyed the hot chocolate. The rooms are getting cleaned daily. Sheets clean. Comfy bed and pillow.

You can hear the noise from vehicles and contructions going on outside 24/7. So if you are sensitive to noise then definitely not for you or else you won't be able to sleep. Also there is no English channel on the TV so it's no use for non turkish people.

The beds were quite. The water pressure was very good even if we stayed at the 6th floor. They had an elevator The staff was quite nice. The only problem there was, when we arrived, a man helped us with the luggage(not that we asked but we were greatful) and when he finished his “room presentation” he would not leave…and he would just repeat everything we were saying like “thank you so much, have a nice night” whatever. We figured he wanted money for the service and we gave him whatever cash we had(we had like 0.5€ cash)

The breakfast was not made smart. You would have mostly sides and no main dishes

Not complaining but if you are looking for peace and quiet, you won’t find it there. Hotel is located at a busy street, and it’s noisy day and night. Also our room was very small, not sure if all rooms are like that, but all in all we didn’t mind. It was great for the price.

1) The location: 5 min from the railway station!! And a very nice cafe is available when you just cross the road on the left! 2) the staff. Everyone is friendly and hospitable. 3) the room is very nice, cleaned every day and there was always water, which is precious. Everything you need and even more. If I ever go to Izmir again, I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend it to everyone.
