Large, tall rooms with excellent bathroom. Soap and shampoo provided. Good air conditioning. Excellent area, close to the centre, and good price.

When I stayed there, the check-in at the hotel was closed. Another hotel operated the check-in for this hotel, at about 10 minutes walk distance. My calls to the phone number provided by the booking were not answered, but fortunately there was a large poster explaining check-in has to be finalised at another hotel.

Location, bed and room were fine.

We arrived at approx. 10.30 AM and the hotel was closed. Nobody answered our telephonecall. We had to wait until 2 pm before we could enter the hotel !!! The lady who was there at 2 pm was very friendly but stated nobody was at this address before 2 pm... We lost the best hours of the day to visit the town because of it. A keybox with code ould be great !!!!

Very central. Good for a longer stay. Its an apartment wirh cooking facility.

Parking is a problem. The property is in the TZL zone without access. You need authorization thas is not possible to get.

Spatious room and bathroom. Air conditioning working well. Nice playground in front of the room. Rather close to the main square.

Old furniture, bed not very comfortable. It was rather clean, but not super clean. The procedure of check in/out (i.e. picking up and returning the keys in another hotel not directly near the room) is somewhat confusing and unpractical.

Ever since I have been using booking, I think this is the best accommodation that I have ever stayed and is very clean. The apartment is so nice. I didn't meet anybody because i came very late at night but it what's the money in fact the money is too small for that kind of accommodation. Thank you very much booking.

I liked the position, really close to the city center and the personnel's availability. They really provided a great service during our check in. Really well done! Also, the room was clean and tidy.

I slept on the sofa bed. Unfortunately it was not so comfy; the mattress was really thin and I could feel the sofa mechanism underneath. The other two beds were much more comfortable.

Accommodation was ideally located to explore Parma. The facilities in the room were great, though we didn't end up making much use of the kitchen. The air conditioning unit was essential given the weather during the time we were there.

I think the air conditioning unit struggled at times to cool the room as much as we desired.

Room was pretty large and cleanness was good. Location is pretty good for any activity to perform in the city center.

Air condition was functioning but a bit noisy. The residence does not offer breakfast but nearby you can have good breakfast starting from 7 am. WiFi was cumbersome to use and I did not use it.

Too noisy. If you want peace and quiet I would not recommend.

Absolute Art Deco luxury. Kitchen was great. The view out of our window of the medieval church was sublime.
