Great breakfast! And dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff - eg had posted by suitcase 8 days earlier, and it was out waiting for me. Then got help taking it to my door. Generally very helpful - let me practise using my Spanish!

It was amazing, including questions before stay. I had expected a bath, but the shower was excellent, so all good. 🙂 It's a bit distant from train station, but manageable - seems to cater for guests with cars.

This is a luxurious hotel just across the river from the old town, to which it is connected by a convenient footbridge outside the front door. The welcome and the service were friendly and helpful and the room was very well appointed and comfortable. If you wish to eat out there is a wide choice of places just across the river, but the restaurant in the hotel is beautiful with excellent food and a superb wine list including many outstanding local wines. I was walking the Camino with my son and we found our stay here to be a real treat.

the breakfast staff were not helpful and could not find any cutlery with the language barrier it was hard to explain what you needed. the lady was very abrupt when asked if I could pay for breakfast as it was not included. The walls are not sound proof so did not get a good night sleep

The location was great. The bathtub was amazing after a long day of walking. The breakfast buffet it was also one of the best of all hotels I stayed in.

The man at the front desk checked me in, was not friendly at all. As soon as he found out, I did not speak Spanish. He seem to change his tune. I just did not feel he was very helpful or friendly. when I asked questions about breakfast and a massage, he was very short with his answer, and just was not friendly compared to other places I have stayed

Good break from the Camino norm. Very nice hotel with many services. Restaurant served a great menu even if service was a bit slow. Room was spotless

Like a lot of European hotels in the fall and spring, this one was too hot and the air was no longer available and of course there are no window screens

The location is excellent and the interior felt modern and classy. The rooms had an equally modern feel.

The elevator jolted twice every time we used it. Brace your knees. The sliding glass bathroom door opened would open by itself likely due to uneven installation. At breakfast the staff joked that breakfast was €100 not only once but twice in a very serious tone. I did not appreciate it given we were clearly pilgrims and didn’t speak the language.

Location beyond a beautiful bridge with a little waterfall that was very scenic in the good weather. Staff had great communication and the food was above and beyond. I really thought this was well worth the price and was a nice start to our Camino de Santiago

We wished that there were more gluten free/non ham options in the buffet. But that’s a general issue in the Galician region! The locals here seem to eat nothing but bread, cake, ham sandwiches. :)

The location is excellent to start El Camino, the room was exactly as the picture in the website, the staff was friendly and very helpful. You can get the passports for the Camino & get your stamp at the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was spacious

The elevator was small, we were three and luggage barely fit.

A very nice hotel to begin the Camino in Saria. Very clean and beautiful rooms.

We never got to eat in the hotel restaurant because it closes throughout the day which is not helpful to those of us that are there because we are Walking the Camino.

this Hotel is not much to look at but the rooms and facilities were excellent -there is also a really good restaurant in the hotel and a breakfast option-located just over the river a stone's throw from the old town
