It’s like you’re visiting a friend’s house but the friend’s not home, instead there’s their grandma taking care of you 🥰 When you arrive, you get a boiled egg and tea, which is nothing fancy but definitely cute and welcoming gesture. If you stay more than one day, while you’re gone, she refills the tea and gives you another egg 🥚 to welcome you back.

It’s really really far from the station, so if you come home late at night, it’s really better to get a cab from Funabashi station. Takes 4 minutes and the fare is like, 1000yen. If you walk, it’s like 22minutes. Good if you want a little exercise 😅 or if you love walking. There are city buses, but they won’t be listed in google maps. You can only find out either on the bus stop schedule or on Japanese buses websites. These buses are for Minato Middle School students and other locals. It’s like, 220yen per ride, but mind the times. It’s not all the time. I rode the one at 9.02am back to Keisei-Funabashi.

When I booked this place I was under the impression due to another hotel's response that I could book 2 people and my child didn't count but I did something wrong and she was very accommodative for it, I paid to fix the error and stayed with no issues. She would bring us a small meal each day which was very thoughtful and helpful too since we had a toddler. We had the futon beds which were very comfortable. We didn't go upstairs as that was for other people who booked. We had a shared toilet but hardly saw the other people so there were no restroom issues. The shower was great, good space for family. Despite the language barrier we were able to communicate with Google translate and was able to notify our late arrival via email.

I couldn't figure out how to get the tub filled. It didn't close. Other than that. Our stay was great ^_^

It was great, convenient stay between train stations and not too far from Tokyo Disney. Owners were very kind.

The address for the stay wasn’t accurate, it’s actually a little further away by like a house or two. There’s a sign in the driveway by the door.

Our room was lovely. Access to a washer/dryer. Very clean. She provided us with tea and a snack upon arrival.

The only thing I didn’t like was that it wasn’t super clear that other groups would be staying there during our stay.

Very friendly lady running it. Reasonable price. Aircon in the room. Good shower.

Far from train station. Kitchen/living room was full of items so could not use kitchen or couch or dining table

Big rooms for a small price. Its a little bit far from the station, but the lovley staff gave me a bike free of charge. I can really recomend this place and will most definetly book it again.
