Reachable only by a car, kind of remote, but quiet and pleasant. Apartment was spacious, on the ground floor, with a private patio, which is great. Cooking area is very small, refrigerator as well, so you have to be well organized. We truly enjoyed time spent there, next to the swimming pool. Awesome way to start a day, It is easy to travel and visit real Chianti - people and places. I would go there again. Alexandro, the guy who maintains the facility is very helpful and kind. He can give you all kind of tips and recommendations about Chianti area. Very nice person.

Not possible to do small grocery shopping by foot, you have to drive to the nearest village for that. Be careful - be prepared that Sunday is the rest day for them, so it may happen to you to stay without food and no place to buy anything. The apartment is within a former convent, with other permanent tenants. If you are a female of any age (4 - 60) -they will bother you to have cap in the pool. At the same time - male persons go without cap. That ruins the pleasure of a nice summer day. Plus - most of them do not use any other language but Italian. That was annoying. There is no enough sun beds at the pool. We actually did not have a single one for our apartment.

Gorgeous location. We had 3 apartments booked, literally the day before, after two consecutive hosts let us down on one big group booking. I anxiously asked for immediate confirmation that this booking was fine and they were expecting us. I got that so the relief was huge. The 3 apartments were different, one was better appointed than the other 2. Everything was clean and comfortable.At one point I asked if the toilet seat could be fixed, and that was done immediately. Would definitely recommend.

If I were to complain - and I don't really want to because it was so lovely - the apartment for 6 people didn't have enough chairs, pans or cups so we had to borrow them from the other 2.

The residence is on the country side, it is very quiet. You are next to the Chianti-region. There is a resto nearby. The highway is some 12minutes away. The supermarket is also some 10minutes away by car, down in the valley. It is not a luxury resort but hey, what do you expect for that price!? It is for sure value for money. Also the staff was very flexible with the checking in. My wife and kids loved the place, especially the patio: breakfast in the sun in the morning. I would recommend this place!

The bed/seat made some cracking noise but for the rest: all good!

Clean & comfortable. Easy & flexible check in. Good communication via WhatsApp. Interesting building (former convent). Lovely location with walks. Huge private gated car park. Comfortable beds.

Kitchen facilities were limited. No freezer compartment in small fridge. Sink in bathroom was cracked (although useable) Sofa bed was uncomfortable. No shower gel.

The appartement was amazing, easy to access, easy to park, very clean and qualitative furniture's. All we needed was there, even if it was just one night. Really quite

We just had the dressing light turning on and off with the movement, disturbing during the night. But in the morning I figured out I could have moved the sensor a bit to avoid it. My shame

It was very clean, lovely welcome from Alex and quiet and comfortable. Nice to sit by the pool looking out onto the beautiful Tuscan hills. Espresso machine (for stove) and coffee was great. Lots of space in the apartment.

Mosquitoes especially because no aircon and was particularly hot weather when I stayed. Cool enough inside to sleep. No food or drink available anywhere close by so was tricky! Bring your own supplies!

The apartment was big (split level). there was a pool and nice green spaces. the location is very secluded. you need a car! If you can, book an apartment with a garden or patio (when i booked they were the same price but would have been nice to have the outdoor access)

The apartment was loud and echoed a lot. with small kids this made it noisy. the pool was closed for the season. but the grass areas and outdoor space was unkept. (perhaps we were there too early in the year)

The apartment was beautiful!!! The kitchen had almost everything we needed. Loved having a King Bed!!! Bathroom was great, loved the fireplace and huge windows on either side. Amazing quiet here. A very nice surprise of a place!!!

Everything was very nice! There were 5 of us and it worked just fine. Bruno, our host, was very helpful and friendly. The bedroom is huge, and then there is a smaller upstairs "bedroom" that has a view to the living room, like open concept. The view outside is beautiful and quiet. The place is about 40 to 50min away from Florence by car but it's an easy roadtrip. Tolls are about 1,50€. Easy self check-in. Thank you, Bruno!
