This hotel is a beautiful villa located near a forest. There is a charming garden in front of it, with trees, bushes and flowers. A blooming tree was right beneath our window. It was very pleasant for us to stay here. We had a spacious apartment (two rooms with a kitchen) and a nice balcony. Though the hotel is near a road, we heard no traffic noise at all. Right from the front of the hotel, tram no. 12 goes to the old city in 14 minutes. Also, there are two supermarkets nearby. In short, we had everything to enjoy our stay in the beautiful Dresden. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and everyone else.

This is a really nice apartment hotel, very welcoming and pretty stylish in an old world sort of way. The location is very attractive, on a tram route, with a stop almost right outside. And despite being on a main road, the hotel is set back, so we weren't ever bothered by road noise. Our upstairs apartment was very spacious and light with a nice outlook over the garden and the preschool next door. Great kitchen, very comfy bed and plenty of cupboard space as well as just space to spread out in - we stayed 5 nights - would be perfect for an even longer stay.

The bathroom is a little small, with not much space to put stuff, and the smallish shower cubicle is raised off the ground, so you need to step up into it. It also has an elaborate tap system which sticks out from the wall and is easily knocked when taking a shower, which can be annoying. Although the place looked very clean, I found numerous shards of broken glass scattered around the floor, which was a bit disconcerting. However, when I complained to the guy on duty early evening, he had no hesitation in vacuuming the entire apartment immediately - you can't really ask for a much better response than that!

We stayed at this beautiful vintage villa for two nights. The impressions from the stay are only very positive. Parking is next to the villa. The territory of the villa is very well-kept, beautiful and creates a special atmosphere. All our questions and requests were met very quickly by the hotel staff. You can get to the old town quite quickly by tram N12. The stop is next to the hotel. And from the old town by tram N2 you can get to the city of Radebeul in 20 minutes, walk along the small streets between the vineyards and taste the local wine.

We paid 17.50 per person for breakfast. There was no offer of hot dishes at all. My opinion is that we could increase the breakfast assortment a bit and add an omelette.

We booked an apartment for one night without breakfast. It was on the ground floor almost in the park. There were some ants in the apartment, but it is expected for the ground floor apartments. Basically, no complaints - just have it in mind and perhaps plan to change or ask for other type of room/apartment in advance. Overall the stay was pleasant. Parking was not big but available when we arrived.

My wife said it was not clean enough for her. But for me it was acceptable. I personally don't have complaints.

A nice spacious appartement in a park atmosphere. Nice and helpful staff. Good possibilities for parking directly in front of the appartment. There is also a good connection to the city center by public transportation. Tram stop directly in front of the villa. Otherwise a nice walk to the centre along the Elbe with beatiful panorama is also an option if 4km (1h) does not scare You :-).

The beds were comfortable but squeaking somehow. Please remember to close the windows if You want to sleep well in the morning. There is a Kindergarden in the neighbouring house :-)

We liked the location which is about three miles outside the city centre in an attractive, peaceful residential area. There are walks through the nearby woods and it's also close to the river Elbe and the Blue Wonder Bridge. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel which takes you straight into town, or alternatively to the Neustadt Bahnhof. We had a good sized bedroom with a sofa, table, an adjoining kitchen and eating area, a good sized bathroom with separate bath and shower, and a walk-in clothes cupboard. The kitchen area was small but well equipped. It was all very clean. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant. The hotel washed a laundry bag of clothes for us for 10 Euros. We didn't see much of the staff, so can't comment decisively on them. Overall our four night stay was pretty good value for money.

Nothing really, other than a misunderstanding, as we were leaving about whether or not we had paid in advance.

The entire property was beautiful. The breakfast was brightly lit by a wall of windows onto the large deck. The breakfast selections were good and since my wife has gluten and dairy allergies they provided her with gluten free rolls and offered to cook eggs for her separate from the large serving bowl of scrambled eggs. The apartment we had was large with separate bedroom, living room and kitchen with dining table. It was about a 12 to 15 minute walk to festive bier gartens and eateries at the bridge and we discovered the gate out back to take the trail through the park. We had a few language barriers but the entire staff was eager to help and we managed to communicate through it all.

Parking can be very challenging.You need a good gps to get here as routes on surface streets can be very circuitous.

Since I live in Germany I have used Booking to find the places where I stay when I'm on vacation or simply when I have an escape weekend and I must say in capital letters that after 4 years until today this has been PER BY FAR THE BEST ACCOMMODATION I HAVE EVER HAD. With me it is 10 out of 10. Excellent location, beautiful facilities, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast (I love their coffee machine), they have their own parking space, right in front pass the Strassenbahn that takes you directly to the city center and the most important thing has been the Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in an accommodation. Widely recommended.

My only problem was the curtains as I'm a very light sleeper and the light coming through the windows woke me up on the sunniest day.

The room on the upper floor was great. The place is quiet, green, there is a park nearby.Good parking

We changed the room with an extra charge from the lower floor to the upper one. In the room that I chose on booking, there was initially a feeling of humidity in the air.

Great location, efficient tram system into town centre. Lovely walk from hotel along river to “Blauen Wunder” bridge. Hotel had lots of character.

Just a small point. There was limited kitchen equipment, eg. No kitchen knives for preparing food…
