We recently spent an unforgettable 3 nights at Rixos Premium Bodrum. From the outset, the experience exceeded all our anticipations. It's evident that every staff member is meticulously trained to ensure impeccable service. A special mention to Selen and Nazifa, our dedicated holiday assistants, for their prompt responses, warm welcomes, and genuine kindness. Equally commendable were Yahya, who made our dinner experiences memorable with his friendly demeanour and Ummit who helped and welcomed us throughly during our stay. To our delight, we were upgraded to "The executive room" by the hotel. These are among the newly revamped sections of the hotel, and the attention to detail is impeccable. Our room was a dream - perfectly laid out, with ultra-comfortable beds and pillows, ample storage space, large bathrooms, and spacious closets. The cherry on top was the beautifully furnished terrace that offered a breathtaking sea view. If you're considering a stay, the executive rooms come highly recommended from us. The hotel's dining is another feather in its cap. The Turquoise restaurant caters to all-inclusive guests, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The variety and quality of the buffet left us truly impressed. For those late-night munchies or lunch, the 24/7 People’s restaurant, also part of the all-inclusive package (except for breakfast), has you covered. Our leisure time was well-spent at the Godiva cafe, Starbucks, and the pristine beach boasting comfortable loungers. The hotel's shuttle service, accessible via a quick WhatsApp message to an assistant, ensures you can move around the expansive property with ease. For the thrill-seekers, the hotel offers a range of water activities like jet skiing, albeit at an additional charge. Though we had initially planned to explore the city, the allure of the hotel, with its exceptional amenities and services, kept us thoroughly engaged.

The hotel is the simply perfect. Staff is very kind and professional. They are smiling and helpful. Variety and taste of food is simply great. Its very delicious. Beach bar is very good. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The service and quality of the hotel is very high standard. They have their own private bay and you will enjoy the sea.

Everything was perfect but I will give a small feedback. They had very enjoyable concerts in the hotel every night and it could be better if they would make longer concerts since night entertainment is very short. Music stops around 23.

Everything about the stay was amazing. The staff, the food, the room. We came here for a mini-honeymoon after our wedding in Istanbul and the staff could not help us enough. We absolutely loved it and are planning to return one day, either this one or another Rixos.

There was music everywhere and it was a bit much and weird. A harpsicord version of 'what do we do with a drunken sailor' being played when you are trying to have a nice sunset walk on the island was a little strange. The music just was not needed everywhere, and if it was something a little more appropriate like some relaxing cello.

The staff are wonderful, they made us feel so welcome. Food and facilities are amazing and our villa was perfect for our family stay. As this was our second family visit our expectations were high, and we were not disappointed.

The swimming pool water temperature is very cold, especially for young children.

Reasonably good food. Room good size with sea view. Good service. Sea access nice. Pools not many, but big and enough.

Ala Carte reservations very difficult and vague - you know very late if you have it or not. Breakfast finishes early for summer vacation. Not abundant food... just as expected. Staff inexperienced - delays in services. Water park is too close to many rooms - noisy! Although those with younger kids might like it.

Everything was wonderful! We loved the food, the atmosphere (feels like a boutique hotel despite being a resort), the incredible spa and fitness facilities (we did all the classes!) and the location/layout of the hotel. Above all, the staff were just amazing - our holiday assistances Burcu and Hasret were fantastic! So friendly and helpful - they really went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much! I really hope we can come back again soon.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Turquoise restaurant were exceptional, wide variety and super delicious food. The room was great and wide and always clean and tidy.

Most of the staff and waiters didn’t know English even the basic terms which made communication very hard.

literally we loved and enjoyed every moment in Rixos, especially the hospitality was super fantastic from the employees there and I would like to thank each one by his/her name big thanks to HASRET YILDIZ & BURCU SALTI the assistants who let us feel unforgettable time Mr. ALI as well the amazing beach waiter who was full of energy and love. and honestly thanks to everyone works there. hope to see you soon❤️
